Why is the weather of the newly bought Apple 7plus located in Beijing? And you can't delete it!

Normal China defaults to Beijing, and the current location will be displayed after the location service is turned on. Click the weather icon-add icon-search the city name, and click to add it. If you want to delete a city, click the slide screen to the city on the left, and then click Delete.
