Mohe County belongs to Daxinganling region of Heilongjiang Province, located at the northern foot of Daxinganling in Heilongjiang Province, the southern bank of the upper reaches of Heilongjiang Province and the northernmost part of China. Its geographical coordinates are between12107' ~124 20' and 52 10'~ 53 33' north latitude.
