When there is a gale of magnitude 6 or above, scaffold erection and dismantling operations should be stopped, outdoor formwork dismantling and high-altitude installation should be suspended, and outdoor hoisting and hoisting operations should be stopped. The construction elevator must stop running, lower the ladder cage to the bottom and cut off the power supply.

4. In case of strong winds of level 5 or above, all formwork cranes shall be stopped.

5. Dismantle the tower crane in windy weather.

6, the wind at level 4 and above shall not be carried out when the tower crane lifting operations. When the wind suddenly increases to level 4 during operation, it must be stopped immediately and the connecting bolts of the upper and lower towers should be tightened.

7. It is forbidden to install or remove the anchoring device of tower crane in case of strong wind of level 6 or above.

8. When encountering gale or gust of wind above level 6 during operation, immediately stop the tower crane operation, lock the rail clamp, and completely loosen the brake of the slewing mechanism, so that the boom can rotate with the wind.

9. In case of gale weather above level 6, the mechanical operation of pile driver should be stopped. When the wind force exceeds 7, the pile driver should be parked in the downwind, and the cable wind rope should be added, or the pile should be laid flat on the ground.

10, the foundation pit and safety facilities should be inspected in time after the windy weather with wind level 6 or above.

12, in case of strong wind and heavy rain, scaffolding and other foundations shall be inspected and accepted.

13, the attached lifting scaffold shall not be lifted and removed in case of strong wind and bad weather above level 5; When returning to work after a gale of magnitude 6 or above, it can only be used after inspection and confirmation.

14. When the hanging basket construction encounters strong winds and bad weather of magnitude 5 or above, the operation should be stopped, the hanging basket platform should be parked on the ground, and the steel wire rope and cable should be tied and fixed.

15, in case of gale of magnitude 5 or above, tools and scaffolding shall not be lifted.

16, in the bad weather with wind speed 13m/s or above, the material hoist must stop running.
