How to limit the number of Xi 'an?

Xi's safety limit number refers to the regulations on the prohibition and restriction of motor vehicles issued by the Traffic Management Bureau of Xi's Public Security Bureau. Xi' an number restriction rules are as follows: during the Class III emergency response period of heavily polluted weather, two tail numbers are restricted every day, and the number combination corresponding to the tail number of the Gregorian calendar date on that day is restricted (for example, date 1 1, date 1, date 6 12, date 2, date 7 13). 16 days, 1 and 6, 17 days, 2 and 7, 18 days, 3 and 8, 19 days, 4 and 9, 20 days), legal holidays and public holidays are not allowed.

The "tail number" refers to the Arabic numeral at the end of the motor vehicle number plate (if the last digit of the number is an English letter, the last Arabic numeral of the number plate shall be used as the tail number). Motor vehicles with a number plate corresponding to a certain tail number are not allowed to drive on the road on the day of the restriction.

Several situations not affected by restrictive measures:

Fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles performing tasks;

Buses, taxis (excluding rental vehicles), new energy vehicles, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and large buses, special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operation certificates issued by transportation management departments, and school buses;

Administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for clearing obstacles painted with unified signs and performing tasks;

Special operation vehicle for garden and road maintenance, funeral vehicle for funeral parlour;

Vehicles with the prefix "special envoy" and "collar" and vehicles allowed to enter the country temporarily.

It should be noted that foreign motor vehicles entering the administrative area of Xi are also subject to this restriction. In violation of this regulation, Xi public security traffic management department will correct and investigate according to relevant laws and regulations. During the emergency response period of heavily polluted weather, the lifting, demotion or upgrading of motor vehicle ban and restriction measures will be announced separately by Xi Traffic Management Bureau.
