What weather is full of fireflies?

Fireflies are more common in summer. On summer nights, in the dark sky, they shine like stars. Fireflies mainly inhabit warm and humid environments, such as rivers, ditches and forests.

So relatively speaking, you may see more fireflies on wet and warm nights in summer.
