3. If there is a power outage, it is an emergency and it is impossible to inform the customer in advance; I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. The power supply department will try its best to repair it and try to reply to you in the shortest time.

4. If it is a planned power outage, the power supply department will notify it through SMS, WeChat and other channels seven days in advance, and if it is a temporary power outage, it will notify it 24 hours in advance.
