Summary of activities in nursing homes (general 10)

A warm activity is over. I believe it is full of gratitude and memories, gains and experiences. Let's learn to write activity summary together. So what should be included in the activity summary? The following is a summary of my activities carefully organized for the nursing home, hoping to help everyone.

During the winter vacation, I returned to my hometown Mamuchi Township, yinan county, Shandong Province, and conducted a 7-day personal social practice in Mamuchi Nursing Home. After communicating and helping the old people in nursing homes, I realized that this group of special social vulnerable groups are eagerly looking forward to more social care. While volunteering, I actually investigated the situation of nursing homes in the surrounding towns, which triggered my thoughts on the old-age care in rural nursing homes in China and put forward my own suggestions for relevant departments.

In order to better complete this social practice, I specially found several junior high school students with related practical themes to assist me. They are Wang Guangfa (Shandong University of Technology), Guan (Qingdao Port Vocational College) and Liu Xiao (Zibo Vocational College). In order to make this volunteer service really help the disadvantaged groups, we chose the practice place in Mamuchi Nursing Home in our hometown.

Mamuchi Nursing Home is the only nursing home in Mamuchi Township, which receives the lonely elderly in more than a dozen villages in the township. Before the internship, we first find the dean of the nursing home to understand the situation of the elderly. After we explained our purpose, the dean affirmed our volunteer service trip in the nursing home and explained the situation of the elderly to us in detail. Mamuchi Nursing Home now has 23 elderly people, all male. Most elderly people come to nursing homes because they have lost their spouses, and a few because their children go out to work and no one takes care of them.

In order to better understand the living conditions of the elderly in nursing homes, we used these seven days to visit them in turn in the elderly dormitory. Through these seven days of volunteer activities, we found that although the nursing home provided shelter for the lonely elderly, their life here was not as good as we thought. Although we expected the gap between the lack of rural resources and the nursing homes in big cities, we never expected that the life in rural nursing homes was so poor and even miserable.

Due to the shortage of manpower and material resources, there are many problems in rural nursing homes. The following are the main problems we found in nursing homes:

1, the diet of the old people is worrying. Old people only eat two meals a day, and the time is not fixed. Breakfast: around eight or nine o'clock, steamed bread with rice, "rice is as thin as drinking water"; Lunch: No, I heard from the old people that they are afraid of being hungry at noon and eat more steamed bread in the morning. Dinner: Eat sweet potato or steamed bread, and the dishes provided are mostly cabbage and radish, "there are few oil flowers". Old people report that even during the Chinese New Year, their food is still the same and has not improved. The drinking water problem is also very serious. The water source of the nursing home is the nearby Wenhe River, from which they all get water. Sometimes, the old people will carry their own water in a pot and then boil it. We went to the river and saw that the river was dirty and there was a garbage dump on the shore. This is the water that old people drink! How to ensure the nutrition of the elderly? Old people who have worked hard for most of their lives want to eat such food and drink such water?

2. The heating of the elderly is a problem. Every dormitory has a heating pipe, but the nursing home will not heat it because of the cost. It is understandable that there is no heating, but even the stove is not burning, which we didn't expect. In this way, the old people survived the winter without heating facilities. We can't understand why we don't give the old man a stove, for whom there is a lot of coal piled up.

The daily life of the old people is neglected. There are no nursing staff in the whole nursing home, and everything is done by the elderly themselves. No one gave the rice, and the old people went to get it themselves. Nobody cleaned it, but the old man cleaned it himself. No one washes clothes, but the old man washes his own clothes. The nursing home didn't send anything out. Their clothes and shoes are all brought from home. Seeing their messy dormitories, dirty floors, dirty shiny coats and worn-out shoes, we are sad except for sadness.

4. The spiritual life of the elderly is very scarce. There is only one recreation room in the huge nursing home. In the empty room, there is a TV, a stove and a sofa. This is their only place for heating and entertainment, a big house with suffocating air. That sofa is too dirty to sit on. It's not only shabby, but also messy and dusty. But this only recreation room may be the warmest place and the happiest place for the old people. According to the old people, they have a TV in each dormitory according to the regulations.

5. The old dormitory hardware facilities are backward and incomplete. We have been to every dormitory, some fans are rusty, some fans don't even have a switch, and some fans have only two blades left. Some old people don't have hot water bottles at all. Old people bring their bedding and everything when they come to the nursing home. The nursing home didn't send it. Some old people's beds have only a thin mattress, which makes them hard and cold to sit on. The glass of some dormitory doors and windows has long been broken, but no one has repaired it. There is no heating, no stove, no warm bedding, only the howling cold wind and the cold bed board. How do old people spend the winter in such an environment? Two scenes in this volunteer activity left a deep impression on us.

Scene 1: Bake steamed bread.

The nursing home did not arrange lunch for the old people. When they are hungry at noon, they can only eat steamed bread left over in the morning. On the first day we went, we witnessed the scene of the old man baking steamed bread. The photo shows the cooked steamed bread, which is not only burnt, but also covered with ash. This is the old man's lunch. The foot next to it belongs to another old man. The reason for this is that the old man's cotton shoes have worn out and lost their function of keeping out the cold. This posture of his feet can make him feel the warmth of the fire a little.

Scene 2: Take pictures of the old man.

When we asked the old people if they wanted to take some photos, they excitedly agreed. It seems that the old people have not been photographed for a long time. They look embarrassed and nervous in front of the camera. This detail makes us sad.

Scene 3: Send cookies.

Because the nursing home can't improve the diet of the elderly, several of us brought bulk biscuits to the elderly ourselves. After receiving the biscuits, the old people's eyes sparkled with tears. In the eyes of ordinary people, trivial biscuits have brought such a great touch to the old people, which we did not expect.

During my internship, I entrusted students from several nearby towns to investigate their nursing homes and found that there were similar problems. Only the nursing homes in the county have high living standards for the elderly. Although the country has developed and the people's living standards have been greatly improved on the whole, this special social group has made due contributions to the development of our country and social progress when it was young, but their helplessness in their later years prevented them from enjoying the benefits of social progress to the maximum extent. I see that grass-roots governments are paying more and more attention to people's livelihood and starting to improve the living conditions of the elderly year by year. However, due to the limitation of rural economic conditions, the life of the elderly in rural nursing homes is still in a difficult situation. After summing up the above problems, I wrote a letter of recommendation to Dean Liu of Mamuchi Nursing Home, hoping to do my part to improve the lives of the old people.

Conclusion:

In the process of practice, I thought about the problems existing in rural old-age care in China. In the rural areas where I live, family pension still bears important responsibilities. However, with the increase of the actual cost of providing for the aged, there are actually great obstacles to the improvement of farmers' living standards, and the rural pension policy around me has not been thoroughly implemented. Rural pension also needs to be institutionalized and standardized. There is still a long way to go to achieve this step. In this practice, I cultivated my mentality of being close to the society and grateful to the society, exercised my resilience, established a good friendship with the old people in the nursing home, and made my holiday more substantial and meaningful. Finally, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dean Liu of Mamuchi Township Nursing Home and all the grandfathers who helped me complete this summer practice task. At the same time, I wish the old people in Mamuchi Nursing Home good health and happy life.

Summary of activities in nursing homes 2 In order to enrich our weekend life and let students know about the life of the elderly in nursing homes, our international department held an activity with the theme of "caring for the elderly and serving the society". On September 17, we went to People's Apartment for the Aged to send love to the elderly, send warm.

Before that, we did a lot of preparatory work. Including rehearsing song and dance performances after class, collectively buying condolences, and asking the person in charge about the location and arranging the visit time.

At 8: 30, more than 30 students from two classes gathered at the gate of Jiangnan Campus of Hajiu Middle School. In the autumn morning, the sun is shining and the sky is clear, and there is no unique bleak atmosphere in autumn. The warm sunshine makes our hearts particularly refreshing. We got on the bus with excitement and went to the people's apartment for the elderly. After more than 30 minutes' drive, we arrived at our destination smoothly. Under the leadership of the person in charge of the apartment for the elderly, we approached the courtyard gate.

Right in front of us is a yard, and next to the left hand side of the door is an accommodation building. Old people live on the first and second floors. When we arrived, several old people were walking in the garden. The person in charge of the hospital told us about these old people. Most of them were sent here because the children were busy with work and had no time to take care of them. Some of them have no children and live here alone. Lonely eyes, face run over by years and camel's back make our hearts tense. Because some old people are inconvenient to walk and even sit in wheelchairs all the time, our members went to their rooms, carefully helped them to the lobby on the first floor, and moved benches to let the old people sit down. We sat around the old man, feeling extremely warm and moved.

Then the person in charge of the nursing home delivered a speech, introducing the situation of the nursing home to everyone and explaining to the old people the purpose of our volunteers coming here. In the process of chatting with the old people, more than 30 of our members brought them one wonderful program after another, singing and dancing. Although some programs have some flaws in rehearsal, we can still see the happy mood of the old people from their faces. The little actors sang a lot of nostalgic songs and a few red songs, while the old people listened carefully and patted and drank for us. The harmonious atmosphere intoxicated us all. The old man's face slowly filled with a happy smile, and the feeling of happiness rippled in his heart. After the performance, we chatted with the old people about their daily lives. Everyone's impromptu performance not only improved the interest of the elderly, but also made the trip more perfect. At the end of the activity, we wish the old people good health, a happy life and a long life together, and promise them that we will visit them often in the future. Then the members helped the old people back to their rooms one by one. After taking photos in front of the nursing home as a souvenir, we reluctantly left, and we were very happy that the activity was a great success.

In fact, we all know that what these old people lack is not material resources, but inner spiritual companionship. They don't ask much, just hope that our children can visit them often and chat with them so that they don't feel lonely anymore. However, our meager strength alone can certainly not solve all the things that need attention in society. Therefore, we hope and appeal to people from all walks of life to extend their hands and offer their love, so that the old people will no longer feel lonely, let them really enjoy their old age and build our harmonious family together.

As a middle school student, we need not only the knowledge in books, but also more practical activities and another life outside school. It not only enhances our sense of responsibility, but also improves our practical ability.

Summary of activities for the elderly 3 This year10,21(the ninth day of the ninth lunar month) is a traditional festival in China-the Double Ninth Festival, and it is also a festival to carry forward the fine tradition of respecting the elderly and loving the young of the Chinese nation. On this special day, according to the instruction of Panyu Education Bureau, our school held a celebration with the theme of "Our Festival-Double Ninth Festival". These activities are summarized as follows:

1, carry out in-depth publicity and sing the main theme of respecting the elderly.

Through theme class meetings, speeches under the national flag and other forms, we will further vigorously publicize the contributions made by the elderly to social, family and local economic construction and advanced models of active aging, which will enhance people's understanding of the important position of the elderly.

2. Appreciate the classic poems of Chongyang and respect the traditional virtues of the elderly.

Through the campus radio station, review the classic poems of Chongyang and carry forward the Chinese virtue of respecting and loving the elderly. Improve students' ability to recite poems, so that students can gain a new understanding of poetry reading.

3. Actively organize students to carry out activities of respecting and loving the elderly.

(1) Carry out the activity of "sending true feelings from home": the class teacher organizes students to write a letter to their elders.

(2) Carry out the activity of "Green Tea Offering Filial Piety": Let students go home to offer a cup of tea to their grandparents and parents and do some housework within their power.

(3) Carry out "Nine-day Mountain Climbing" activities: use weekends to climb mountains with grandparents and parents.

(4) Carry out the "Courtesy for the Old" activity: give up your seat to the old by car when you go out; In other places where there are old people, let the old people move first.

(5) Carry out "Chongyang Poetry" activity: The class teacher organized the whole class to hold a Chongyang Poetry Reading Competition, so that students could feel the charm of classical poetry and strengthen their understanding of traditional customs.

(6) Carry out voluntary service activities of respecting and loving the elderly: organize members of the Dust Volunteer Association of our school to give holiday gifts to the elderly in Shaxu Village, help clean the indoor sanitation and chat with the elderly.

Through a series of activities in our school, children can not only express their feelings for grandparents and parents with their own actions, but also transfer their feelings of enjoying the "love of their elders", so that children can love every old man around them, help the weak, naturally enter the emotional world of life and experience the happiness of a happy life. We sincerely hope that all the old people in the world will have a happy old age.

Summary of sanatorium activities. China people's blood runs through us, branding the essence of Confucianism. So we will also bring our long and heavy humanistic thoughts. "Love" is the essence, cultivation, culture and beauty in human nature. "Respect for the elderly" and "love for the elderly", as the interpretation of love and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, deserve to be inherited and carried forward.

In order to understand the life of the elderly, bring happiness to their old age and care for their lonely spiritual world, our students from Huancheng College of Wuhan Institute of Technology carried out a caring activity in Huancheng Student Welfare Institute.

The activity was organized by the Youth League Committee of Huancheng College, a member of 15, and led by teacher Ren Peng. It was held in 1 20xx in April. It's a pity that the weather was very bad that day. The gloomy day and the showers, big and small, didn't dampen our interest. On the contrary, it makes everyone think that we are not afraid of difficulties and braved the wind and rain just to present a copy to the old people.

Walking into the welfare home, the fourth to eighth floors of the first building on our right are the places where the elderly in the welfare home live. After greeting the person in charge of the welfare home and putting down the condolences, we quickly divided into five groups, each with three people, responsible for providing care services for the elderly on the first floor. It is understood that the fourth and fifth floors are inhabited by relatively strong elderly people, and the sixth to eighth floors are mostly elderly people who can't take care of themselves in bed.

We shook hands with the old people, communicated intimately, cleaned the room, cut our nails, and massaged our backs, and got the old people's knowing smiles and moved tears. Most of them are talkative. An old man sang a little song for us, and the atmosphere was very harmonious. When he left, the person in charge of the hospital was also very moved. He took a group photo with our party 15 people, teachers and old people, and the activity ended successfully.

This not only cultivated and improved our college students' social practice ability and social morality consciousness, but also established a good image of our college around the city and even our school, which is willing to give love and respect for the elderly, and also promoted the virtue of "respecting and loving the elderly" to all walks of life.

Of course, from this activity, we also found some shortcomings and areas worthy of improvement.

First of all, as this is the first time to go, most things are arranged temporarily by the welfare home. Although it's going well, we still need some ability to plan ahead, such as the distribution of personnel and tasks, as well as some attention problems in the process of condolences and communication with the elderly.

Secondly, according to this understanding, some old people are not native to Hubei, and they are looking forward to having a fellow villager communicate in their hometown dialect. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize more students from non-community organizations and even the whole school to participate.

Finally, in order to enrich the spiritual life of the elderly, we should prepare some small cultural programs to bring them more happiness and spiritual enjoyment.

Through this summary, I believe that the next activities will be more exciting!

Summary of the activities of nursing homes in March, spring is strong and full of vitality. In order to further spread the warmth of spring and let more people feel the warmth of spring, the Young Volunteers Association visited the old people in xx nursing home on March 12 with the theme of "Spring is warm and the sun shines, love is stronger".

As soon as the students arrived at the nursing home, they were warmly welcomed. They learned that the health of the small courtyard of the nursing home needs cleaning. The students never stop. The boys picked up brooms and cleaned up the fallen leaves piled up in the corner in winter. The girls cleaned the glass and chairs with rags. When we were busy, a kind old man smiled and took out the radio to play music for us, which added some motivation to us. We also feel their optimism and love for life from the old people.

After everyone was busy for an hour, the small courtyard was completely new. Students come home to continue chatting with the elderly, learn about their daily lives, listen to their stories, and talk about our college students' campus life. Spiritual communication and subtle movements can make grandparents feel that we are not relatives at the moment, but more concerned than our relatives! The old man's face shows a happy smile from time to time. Who can say that the sunset is not beautiful?

By visiting the elderly in nursing homes, the kindness and gratitude of young students were cultivated, the elegant demeanor of young volunteers was displayed, the comprehensive quality of students was improved, warm greetings were brought to the elderly, and they felt the care of society. Caring creates warmth, and the world is warm because of caring.

Summary of activities in nursing homes 6 virtues are the foundation of people, and all virtues are filial first. In the spring breeze of October, our department launched a journey of caring for the elderly by learning from Lei Feng.

On Sunday, 20xx 10/0 10, the network outsourcing college was led by the dean and the secretary of the Youth League Committee as planned, and a group of people came to the nursing home. Then, under the arrangement of the nursing home staff, we met the old people soon. At first, we were very excited, but since this was our first time here to participate in activities, we didn't know the old people very well, so at first a few students were at a loss, but the old man was amiable and invited us to sit together, so we joined the staff. Later, members of the Youth League Committee Student Union also improvised some programs for all ages. Some students also teach some grandfathers how to use computers and peel apples for grandfathers and grandmothers. It was not until around 4 pm that we reluctantly said goodbye, and the old people let us have time to visit them again.

After this activity, we deeply feel that the elderly and the elderly must treat the elderly with love. This is the spirit of Lei Feng. Only when we really understand this and do it can our society be harmonious. After this activity, all the students said that they should pay more attention to their grandparents in the future.

"Summary of Activities for 7-year-old Children" points out: "Kindergartens should work closely with families and society to create a good growth environment for children." In order to make full use of the educational resources of the community, on the afternoon of April 8, the children in the kindergarten came to the nursing home. The children performed various programs rehearsed for their grandparents in kindergarten. They read the children's song "Hand in Hand" and told everyone that "it is good to respect the old and love the young, and I want to be a good example.

Then, the children and grandparents tasted all kinds of fruits and cakes brought by the kindergarten and shared their happiness together. Children pick oranges, bananas, peanuts, etc. And send them to the elderly population. They kept saying "Grandpa and Grandma invited us to dinner", and the old people were so happy that they kept their mouths shut and gave a thumbs up and said "What a polite child". The children also sent a "love card" made by themselves to each old man. The card has the love drawn by children with tender hands, and the words written by the teacher for the children, "I wish grandparents good health and eternal youth."

Finally, the leaders of the apartment for the elderly put forward ardent hopes for the children: "I hope the children will develop good behavior habits, study hard and serve the motherland in the future."

Through the activities, the children further understand the truth of respecting the old and loving the young. I believe that this love for the old will take root in the hearts of the children and continue with the growth of the children for a long time.

The activities of the nursing home summed up the Double Ninth Festival. Around the theme of "Love starts from the side", we carried out a series of activities to respect, respect, be grateful and repay the elderly.

On the day of the activity, the children and teachers went to the nursing home to do activities for grandparents. The children sang, danced and played games with their grandparents, which filled the whole nursing home with laughter. As a symbol of their hearts, the children gave their little gifts to the old people, giving them blessings and happiness. This is a day to climb high and look far, respect and love the elderly, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, cultivate children's quality of respecting and loving the elderly, and let them have a grateful heart.

Continue to work hard, make clear the goal of moral education, plan scientifically, strengthen management, implement effectively, unite and cooperate with the leading group, forge ahead, set an example, and take the lead in improving the quality of teachers; Solidly guarantee education, do a good job in colorful moral education activities, make full use of things around us, traditional festivals and theme activities, organically infiltrate moral education content into all aspects of daily life, carry out moral education practice activities, and highlight the characteristics of moral education work pattern and activities; Cooperate with parents, community and * * * construction to carry out targeted moral education activities. Conform to the civilized and harmonious educational environment, embody the characteristics of children, beautify and purify, highlight the characteristics of kindergartens, improve the quality of education and teaching, and cultivate children's habits into good self-confidence, liveliness and all-round development.

Summary of activities in nursing homes 965438+February 5th is the International Volunteer Day, which is a favorable opportunity to popularize the concept of volunteer service, carry forward the spirit of volunteer service and promote the great development of volunteer service. In order to implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further create a strong atmosphere of voluntary service, and promote the continuous and in-depth development of voluntary service activities of caring for others, society and nature, the Youth League Committee of Shi Jian Town, Guang Ningxian organized 15 young volunteers to carry out the "Caring for the Elderly" free clinic in the nursing home of Shi Jian Town on the morning of February 5th.

In the nursing home, as soon as the volunteers got off the bus, they began to get busy nervously, taking equipment and moving tables ... and soon set up a simple "free clinic" service desk.

At the free clinic, while carefully examining the health status of the elderly, the volunteers told the elderly to take care of themselves and told them what they needed to pay attention to. At the same time, they distributed free pamphlets printed with common knowledge of medication, health care and first aid to the elderly, and patiently explained them.

The activity lasted for more than two hours, and the atmosphere of the free clinic was very warm from beginning to end. Volunteers take blood pressure, check electrocardiogram and provide health care consultation services for the elderly. Young volunteers also talked with the old people and helped some elderly people with mobility difficulties, which was warmly welcomed by the elderly at the scene.

Through this activity, we brought the warmth of winter to the old people, and also showed the volunteer spirit of "dedication, kindness, mutual assistance and forge ahead".
