Why can't I get on the domestic weather network?

1. Open the webpage and select the tool in the upper right corner.

2. Open the toolbar-select the Internet option.

3. Under the browsing history, there is a deletion, check Cookies, check all forms, data and passwords, and then select Delete.

4. Get up from the computer-then open the webpage, and you magically find that you can surf the Internet.
