Guo Xie and Guo Zhuang are both group dances. Tibetan is called "Zhuo" dance and Chinese is called "Guo Zhuang". It is a comprehensive performing art form including speaking, singing, dancing and acrobatics. Its main component is the bell and drum. During the performance, men hold bronze bells and women raise their hands to beat drums, and the dance moves from slow to fast. Commonly used stunts include "turning over from the top of the drum", "jumping on the body" and "turning over on one leg". Guo Xie and Guo Zhuang are a kind of circle dance popular in Tibetan areas. Generally speaking, in the vast agricultural areas of the Yarlung Zangbo River basin, this round dance is called "fruit harmony"; In Changdu area and Sichuan, Yunnan and other Tibetan areas, it is called "Guozhuang". Fruit harmony and pot villages in Tibetan areas have their own characteristics. Among them, the black boy in Batang is the most colorful, the pot village in Changdu is the most wonderful, and the fruit harmony in Shannan is the most local. Guo Zhuang dance is soft with softness, and the steps are light and concise.
