Inspection time: 9:00-9:50 on January 1, 2023

*Note: Inspection will stop at 9:50, those who have not been inspected deemed to be automatically abandoned.

Inspection location: Inspection office at the main entrance of Huanghuagou Park

Traffic strategy

1. Public transportation

Due to the large flow of people on the day of the event , the traffic flow is heavy, we encourage all players to travel green, it is recommended to take bus No. 9, 17, 20, 50, 51, 102 and get off at the North Second Ring Road bus station, and go west 380 meters to the inspection area .

2. Self-driving method

Navigate to "Baoding Huanghuagou Park", and players can park for free in the ①②③④ temporary parking lot with their number book.

Guidelines for depositing and withdrawing clothes

1. Clothing storage time: 9:00-9:50

2. Clothing storage location: The area designated by the players at the starting point Store clothes according to number section, as shown in the picture.

3. Clothes pick-up location:

After the health run, runners will pick up their clothes according to the number at the finish line, as shown in the picture.

After the fun run/parent-child run, runners can take the shuttle bus back to the original clothing storage area at the starting point for free to collect their clothes.

Retrieved from anywhere. Players who have stored spare clothing in advance can pick up the stored clothing at the clothing pick-up area at the finish line.

4. Warm reminder:

Due to the cold weather, it is recommended that players keep warm during the activity.

Players should not store valuables in their bags. If they are damaged or lost, all consequences will be borne by the players themselves.

On the day of the event, players must collect their personal storage clothing before 15:00. If the collection time is exceeded, you can collect it from the organizing committee the next day. Contact number: 0312-5903322. If the ticket is not collected within 3 days after the event, the organizing committee will treat it as unclaimed.

Connection method

In order to facilitate the players to quickly return to the starting point after finishing the race, the organizing committee provides free exclusive transfer service.

1. Happy Run/Family-Child Run

The shuttle bus picks up at the intersection of Jinhu Street and Qiyi East Road.

Connection time: 11:00 to 12:30, departure interval is 15 minutes.

The shuttle bus drove along Qiyi Road and returned to the Huanghuagou Park Race Center.

2. Healthy Run

The shuttle bus pick-up point is at the entrance of Qiyi West Road Extreme Park.

Connection time: 12:00 to 13:30, departure interval is 15 minutes.

The shuttle bus drove along Qiyi Road and returned to the Huanghuagou Park Race Center.

Warm Tips

1. If the athlete is in the recovery period of COVID-19 before the activity or has other physical conditions that are not suitable for long-distance running activities, it is not recommended to participate in the race.

2. If a player has symptoms such as physical discomfort during the activity, please stop the activity immediately and signal to nearby volunteers and medical staff for medical observation and treatment.

3. The organizing committee specially reminds the runners that long-distance running is an activity that challenges the limits.
