Tower, located in Babao Village, Feng Ling Street, Shuangta District, Chaoyang City, is located on a raised hill in the middle of Beigou of Fenghuang Mountain, and is one of the three Liao towers in Fenghuang Mountain. Provincial cultural relics protection units.

Built in Liao Dynasty, the Tower is a square hollow 13-story brick tower with dense eaves. Height16.5m, brick foundation, extremely short, 4.2m in the east and 3.6m in the north and south. The lotus-leaning Xu Mi base at the bottom of the tower is about 2.4 meters high, with a waist in the middle. There are three small niches on three sides of the waist, in which there is a young lotus playing and a geisha statue carved outside. The two niches are separated by a vertical rectangular brick with a bird carved on it. The upper layer of Xumi Mountain is engraved with Sanskrit for a week, and the upper and lower edges are decorated with beaded stripes. Sanskrit inscriptions around Taki in Liao Dynasty are rare.

There is a ticket gate in the south of Xumi Mountain, and the top of Xumi Mountain is supported by lotus flowers. The tower on the first floor is very high, with a giant Buddha sitting in the center all around. Five seals are engraved under the rosette on the east side, five horses are engraved under the rosette on the south side, five phoenixes are engraved under the rosette on the west side, five birds are engraved under the rosette on the north side, and a canopy is engraved on the top of the Buddha statue. Two Buddha statues in Gai Hua are flying in the sky, and there is a brick-carved square nine-story pagoda on each side of the Buddha statue, namely the Eight Spirits Pagoda. There are tablet-shaped bricks above the inner side of the small tower, but there is no tower inscription, and the four corners are equipped with columns. The top of the first floor tower adopts wood-like bucket arch structure to support the eaves of the first floor tower. The floor above is tiled, and the brake top has collapsed. There are natural springs under the pagoda, which are very strong and inexhaustible all year round. When the weather is clear, the tower shadow is reflected on the water, and the pagoda is reflected in spring, which is a beautiful scenery.
