3. 1 edible soybean meal

Loose protein-rich materials suitable for food processing are made from soybeans by leaching (preloading leaching or direct leaching).

3. 1. 1 high denatured soybean meal (also called high temperature soybean meal)

After high temperature treatment, the protein denaturation of soybean meal is large, and the water-soluble protein content is low. Mainly used as raw materials for food processing such as wine making and protein products.

3. 1.2 Low denatured soybean meal (also called low temperature soybean meal)

After low-temperature desolventization or flash evaporation, the protein denaturation of soybean meal is small, and the water-soluble protein content is high. Mainly used as raw materials for processing tissue protein, concentrated protein, isolated protein and protein products.

3.2 shape

Refers to the particle size and uniformity of a batch of soybean meal.

3.3 color

Refers to the comprehensive color of a batch of soybean meal.

3.4 smell

Refers to the comprehensive smell of a batch of soybean meal.

3.5 impurities

It refers to the substances in soybean meal that can be recognized by naked eyes except soybean meal.

3.6 Percentage of water-soluble protein (%)

Refers to the percentage of protein dissolved in water to the sample weight under the specified determination conditions.

3.7 Nitrogen Dissolution Index (NSI,%)

Refers to the percentage of water-soluble nitrogen in total nitrogen or the percentage of water-soluble protein in crude protein.

3.8 Sand content (%)

Refers to the percentage of fine sand contained in soybean meal in the sample weight.

4.2 Low denatured soybean meal

4.2. 1 primary low denatured soybean meal;

4.2.2 Secondary low denatured soybean meal.

5 technical requirements

After the National Day in 2002, oil plants in Jingzhou, Xiangfan, Jingmen, Tianmen, Xiaogan and Yichang, the main cotton producing areas in Hubei Province, began to purchase and process new cottonseed this year. Due to the long-term favorable weather in autumn in Hubei this year, good conditions have been created for the harvest of autumn cotton. Therefore, in 2002, the moisture of new cotton was better, and the cottonseed processed by the flower factory was dry. The oil content of the whole cottonseed is generally above 16%, which is 3 percentage points higher than that of the previous year, which is conducive to the acquisition and processing of cottonseed this year. The oleic acid price of cotton wool produced by oil factory is generally 3-4, which is also beneficial to the refining of cotton oil. The refining rate of cotton oil in most oil plants increased by 3% compared with the previous year, and the protein content of cottonseed meal passed the test.
