Temperatures all over the country

On June 20, 2022, Xi ranked first, with an average surface temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. Zhengzhou and Lanzhou ranked second and third respectively, reaching 67.4 and 67 degrees Celsius. The fourth to tenth cities are Hefei, Yinchuan, Lhasa, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin and Jinan.

In this list, in addition to Xi 'an, Zhengzhou, Hefu, Jinan and other "furnace cities" that are associated with high temperature almost every year, there are also northern cities such as Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Yinchuan, and of course there are unexpected cities, such as Lhasa. Because this list is based on the surface temperature value on June 20, it is not universal and can only reflect the instantaneous situation.

It is predicted that in midsummer (July-August), China's climate conditions are relatively average, with obvious periodic droughts and floods, more extreme weather and climate events and great seasonal climate changes.

The main rain areas are located in the southeast of northeast China, north China, east of northwest China, north of east China, north of central China, most of south China, most of southwest China and southern Tibet. There are many heavy precipitation processes and floods in these areas. There is relatively little precipitation in Xinjiang, the western part of Northwest China, the south-central part of East China and Central China, which may lead to periodic meteorological drought. The number of high-temperature days in Xinjiang, East China and Central China is more than normal, and there will be staged high-temperature heat waves.
