1, raw material preparation

Fourth, the construction scheme and process
The arch slope protection adopts the sequence of combining small machines with manual excavation, and adopts the supporting formwork method for step-by-step construction.
1, construction lofting
According to the design documents, the positions of the transverse beams and vertical beams shall be arranged reasonably in case of any discrepancy with the design documents, and special attention shall be paid to the setting-out of the slope angle. Ensure the smoothness of the transverse and longitudinal beams and the roundness of the overall line shape. Do a good job of pile protection in time when surveying and setting out, so as to use it accurately in the later period. After surveying and setting out, the slope excavation can only be carried out after being approved by the surveying supervision engineer.
2, anchor construction

2-3, anchor positioning and grouting
Clean the hole after drilling, put the anchor into the anchor hole for the first time after welding the positioning rib, and then remove rust and oil first.
When placing the anchor rod, put the mortar conduit together with the anchor rod into the anchor hole. Immediately after anchor positioning, grout with M30 mortar, maintain grouting pressure during grouting, and slowly pull out the pipe while grouting. 3, slope excavation construction
Before construction, remove the eluvial soil on the slope surface and fill the pit to make the slope surface generally flat. Platforms between adjacent slopes should be leveled and compacted, and a certain one-way longitudinal slope should be ensured to ensure the stability of platform ditches and smooth drainage. According to the position of transverse and longitudinal beams after lofting, small machines and tools are used to cooperate with manual excavation. Unstable excavation groove bottom and slope surface should be replaced and tamped. The excavation sequence of the same grade slope is: top-down, one step in place, the bottom of the groove is dense and smooth, and overbreak is prohibited.
4, steel processing and installation

5, template construction
Before template installation, install the steel pipe rack stabilizer. The stable frame adopts the method of temporary anchorage of steel pipe in the slope. When the formwork is removed, it shall be removed layer by layer according to the pouring sequence of concrete, and the removed formwork shall be placed centrally, and the formwork panel shall be cleaned for next use.
6, concrete construction
The concrete pouring sequence of arch slope protection is: from bottom to top, first foundation, then vertical beam, then platform, and finally arch frame and water diversion facing stone construction.
Concrete pouring and transportation adopt the form of car+chute. In order to ensure the mixing quality of concrete, the workability and slump of concrete are strictly controlled during the mixing process.
