When you come to Taiyuan, you can visit Jinci, which can represent the characteristics of ancient buildings!

Jinci Temple is a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architectural art, which shows the figures of Sanjin and even Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. Originally Tang Shuyu Temple, it was built to commemorate Tang Shuyu, the founding emperor of Jin State, and Jiang Hou, the mother city.

Crystal platform

Rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it integrates temples, pavilions and pavilions, with single eaves in front and double eaves in back, which is a stage for rewarding gods. Lovely round windows make the facade of the building look like QAQ.

Duiyue store

In the Ming dynasty, there were three arched arches with four columns and one eaves on the mountain. The arch is complex and exquisite, and its momentum is extended. "Opposite the Moon", "Water Mirror Platform" and "Difficult to Old" are the three famous plaques in Jinci.

Xiandian

Notre Dame Hall was built in front of the Jin Dynasty (1 168), with three sides and three single eaves leaning against the mountain and a big bucket arch. There is no wall around, and the visual space is connected with the surrounding environment. Mr. Liang praised it as "neither weak nor expensive"

Liang Yuzhaofei

The earliest cross overpass in China is a relic of the Song Dynasty, located between Notre Dame Hall and Xiandian Hall. The existing wooden bucket arch beam frame and cross stone bridge are just one example.

Sambo: Sacrificial Hall, Notre Dame with Fish Pond, Flying Beam.

There are also Water Mirror Terrace, Golden Man Terrace, Huixian Bridge, Tangbei Pavilion and Tang Shuyu Temple.
