Causes of Fog Weather in Northeast Inner Mongolia

Geographical environment and climatic conditions.

1. Geographical environment: Northeast Inner Mongolia is a plain area with low terrain, heavy rainfall and high humidity, which causes poor water vapor accumulation and evaporation and provides basic conditions for the formation of heavy fog.

2. Climatic conditions: Northeast Inner Mongolia has a temperate continental climate with cold and dry winters. In winter, cold air activities are frequent, and when it meets warm and humid airflow, it is easy to produce humid meteorological conditions, thus forming fog.
