According to the requirements of grid management, the objectives and tasks of the team members of the regional bureau for enterprise supervision are further clarified, and the team members are required to strictly implement the enterprise supervision and inspection system.

Five, strict safety supervision and law enforcement. Since the beginning of this year, the Law Enforcement Brigade of the Agricultural Bureau of XX District has carried out many special law enforcement actions against the agricultural materials market in XX District, insisting on the combination of large-scale inspection and strict law enforcement, and severely cracking down on all kinds of illegal acts in the agricultural materials market according to law. As of July 20xx of 12, the No.1 Law Enforcement Team of xx District Agriculture Bureau dispatched 20 law enforcement officers and 7 law enforcement vehicles, including 3 law enforcement officers in July, 1 vehicle and 8 law enforcement targets. The scope of law enforcement in XX District includes farmers' markets and vegetable planting bases such as Guangpo Town, qisha town and Wang Fu Street. From June 5438+0 to July * * *, 38 agricultural stores and 1 vegetable bases were inspected for law enforcement, including seed management, filing, spot check of fertilizers and pesticides and pesticide use. Among them, the stores selling highly toxic pesticides were mainly inspected, and the sales ledger and the implementation of the highly toxic pesticide management system were reviewed. The agricultural law enforcement work in XX District is related to the food safety of the masses, and the law enforcement work is always on the road.

Six, do a good job in agricultural production safety publicity. Our bureau has made careful arrangements, formulated plans and made every effort to organize and run the safety production month activities. Arrange personnel to participate in the publicity activities of safety production site on June 13. During the activity, the agricultural science and technology information manual, the publicity manual of the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law, the knowledge of pesticide use, and the field management and production technical data of spring sowing crops were distributed, and two agricultural technicians were arranged for on-site consultation. In order to ensure the effective development of the activities, the publicity month activities have been clearly divided and deployed.

Problems: First, grass-roots units did not pay enough attention to vegetable testing and failed to complete the task on time; Second, it is difficult to supervise the agricultural resources market, and pesticide products lack the necessary anti-counterfeiting labels, which is difficult to trace; Third, the level of farmers' pesticide use needs to be improved.

The next work plan: First, strengthen the supervision of grass-roots work and urge them to complete the vegetable testing task on time. The second is to seriously guide the designated sales of highly toxic pesticides, establish a good sales ledger, and establish a real-name registration system for pesticide buyers and sellers and enterprises. The third is to strengthen agricultural law enforcement and severely crack down on illegal sales of highly toxic and residual pesticides. Fourth, increase publicity to improve the level of farmers' use of pesticides.
