All enterprises should conscientiously implement a series of requirements for heatstroke prevention and cooling, strengthen the organization and leadership of heatstroke prevention and cooling with a highly responsible attitude towards the life and health of front-line employees, constantly improve and conscientiously implement relevant responsibilities, formulate emergency plans, and do a good job in the implementation of various preventive measures.
Second, arrange the schedule scientifically and reasonably. All enterprises should pay close attention to the weather forecast of high temperature weather, strictly implement the high temperature avoidance measures of "grasping at both ends and resting in the middle", appropriately adjust the labor rest system for high temperature weather operations, reduce labor intensity, strictly control outdoor operation time, avoid operations during high temperature periods, and ensure the health and life safety of employees. In principle, when the temperature exceeds 37℃, outdoor operation is strictly prohibited from1:00 to 15:00. (1) Organizing workers who work in hot weather to undergo occupational health examination, and adjusting their posts in time for workers who suffer from heart, lung, cerebrovascular diseases, tuberculosis, central nervous system diseases and other physical conditions that are not suitable for the hot working environment.
(2) Actively improve working conditions and working environment, add necessary ventilation or cooling equipment in high-temperature workplaces, and set up lounges for high-temperature workers to ensure that workplaces meet the requirements of national occupational safety and health standards. It is necessary to provide workers with necessary personal protective equipment and cool drinks, health products and essential drugs needed for heatstroke prevention and cooling.
(3) It is necessary to reasonably arrange or adjust the working hours of workers in high-temperature weather in summer, appropriately increase the rest time of workers in high-temperature working environment, and minimize the occurrence of high-temperature heatstroke. Pregnant female workers and underage workers shall not be arranged to engage in open-air operations in hot weather above 35℃ or workplaces above 33℃.
(four) to formulate emergency plans for high temperature heatstroke and organize drills, according to the number of workers engaged in high temperature operations and high temperature weather operations and working conditions, equipped with emergency rescue personnel and sufficient first-aid drugs. The activity of "sending coolness in summer" is a traditional work and brand activity of trade unions.
