How to clean and wax the wooden floor

1, some weather conditions are needed for waxing wood floors. When waxing, you must choose sunny weather. If the humidity is too high in rainy days, it will produce white turbidity. Generally, floor wax will harden when the room temperature is below 5 degrees. Be sure to choose the right wax when waxing the floor. Solid wood floor should choose solid wax to prevent moisture from invading and block dust.

2. Before waxing, don't wipe the floor with a rag containing chemicals, which will lead to poor adhesion of floor wax. Before waxing, the garbage and dust on the floor surface must be removed, which can be wiped with a vacuum cleaner or diluted neutral detergent. After cleaning, carefully check and dry the floor surface, which is the residual detergent in the groove, otherwise it will cause the surface to whiten and swell, and then wax it when the water is completely dry. According to different seasons, the required drying time is also different.

3. Shake the container filled with floor wax, and mix thoroughly. Before waxing the room as a whole, try it locally in three inconspicuous places, then fully dip the floor wax with a clean rag or special waxing mop, and carefully smear it according to the wood grain direction of the floor, without leakage or uneven thickness. Maintaining a uniform thickness is the key to waxing. Don't pour floor wax directly on the floor, otherwise it will produce stains and ring marks. Then polish it with imported machines, so that the floor will look brighter.
