Technical management of wind power equipment installation?
In the wind power construction, the key points and workload of the project are mainly reflected in the installation of wind turbines. In general, crawler crane plays a leading role in hoisting equipment, and truck crane plays an auxiliary role. The main task is to install the engine room, tower and impeller. In recent years, the state has made special arrangements for new energy demonstration projects focusing on wind power generation, and the scale of domestic wind power generation has mushroomed rapidly. At present, Jiangsu, Jilin, Liaoning, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Ningxia and other places have built or are building a number of wind farms with installed capacity of 100MW or above. Our company entered the wind farm installation market from 1998. At present, we have completed the construction and installation projects of more than a dozen wind farms and accumulated some experience in installation management. 1, fan equipment composition
Fan equipment is mainly composed of base, tower, engine room, hub, blades, box transformer and electric power. The height of tower varies with the weight of all kinds of equipment, which is generally determined by the height distribution of wind power.
2, installation site requirements
At present, there are two main types of wind farm construction and equipment storage sites in China. One is to set up a temporary storage site on site, and the fan equipment will be stored in a temporary warehouse after arrival, and then transported to the hoisting point for the second time during installation. The other is to transport the fan equipment directly to the hoisting site for storage without secondary transportation. In order to save the transportation cost, more and more wind farms adopt the way that the wind turbine equipment is in place at one time. However, this also increases the requirements for the installation site. Each installation site must be able to store all the equipment of a set of fans, and allow large cranes and auxiliary cranes to have the location of lifting equipment. Therefore, before the equipment arrives at the site, it is necessary to plan the site so that the site can meet the requirements of fan equipment installation.
3, fan hoisting
The selection of main crane during hoisting is mainly influenced by geographical environment, site road conditions and equipment parameters (machine room size, weight and tower height). With the increase of the capacity of a single fan, the requirements for hoisting machinery are getting higher and higher. In the case of spacious site and road, crawler crane is generally used for hoisting. But if the road on the construction site is narrow, the tire crane should be considered first. Because the crawler crane is used for hoisting, if the road is narrow, it is necessary to disassemble the crawler crane from one fan and reinstall it on another fan, which not only delays the construction period, but also increases the cost. At present, the installed fans in China are mainly 1500kW models, such as Rudong in Jiangsu, Dongtai in Jiangsu, Tongyu in Jilin, Fuxin in Liaoning and Hulunbeier in Inner Mongolia. According to the current installation situation of domestic 1500kW fan equipment, it is generally necessary to choose a large crawler crane with a capacity of over 400t or a tire crane with a capacity of over 500t to meet the hoisting requirements.
Take Huaneng Jilin Tongyu Wind Farm as an example: Huaneng Jilin Tongyu Wind Farm Phase I project is 100MW wind farm, with single machine capacity 1500kW and ***67 units. According to the technical parameters of the site environment and equipment, it is determined that the site installation platform is 50×50m2, the ground pressure is 15t/m2, and a set of fan equipment, such as three towers, 1 machine room, three blades and 1 wheels, is stored to meet the station requirements of a 450t crawler crane and an auxiliary crane.
According to the equipment parameters and site environmental factors, after calculation, we determined the CC2500/450t crawler crane as the main crane, and determined the boom length to be 96m according to the highest height of the engine room (about 72m), so as to ensure that when hoisting the impeller, the flange of the impeller faces the engine room and the engine room does not touch the pole (boom), so as to avoid complicated operations such as crane displacement or engine room yaw.
4, equipment unloading
The unloading of wind farm equipment mainly refers to the unloading of large equipment such as towers and machine rooms. The machine room is the most important part of the fan and the heaviest equipment. According to the technical parameters of the equipment and the actual situation of the field machinery, single-machine unloading or double-machine unloading can be adopted. For example, the tower weight of Hulunbeier Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia is 40t, and the engine room is 54t, so two machines (a 65t truck crane and a 50t truck crane) are used for unloading. The tower was removed with special lifting tools. The engine room is unloaded by hanging beam and double machine.
5, fan equipment hoisting
The hoisting of fan equipment mainly refers to the hoisting of large equipment such as tower machine room and impeller, among which the most important link is the hoisting of machine room and impeller (the combination of hub and blade). When the engine room is the heaviest, the crane is also the most stressed; The wind area of blades is the largest, so the requirements for wind speed are strict, generally the wind speed does not exceed 8 m/s. In order to consider the convenience and operability of blade hoisting, the position of crane should meet the requirements of engine room and impeller hoisting at the same time. We generally require the boom of the main crane to face the engine room flange (the flange connecting the hub), which is much more convenient and can lift the impeller in place. It is not necessary to move the crane to adjust the position (nor to adjust the engine room position due to yaw), but the crane is in place at one time. If the engine room is hoisted sideways, it is necessary to move the crane or yaw position to meet the lifting of the impeller. According to the analysis of the hoisting situation of fan equipment, it is generally the elevation of the machine room (the height of the top of the machine room) plus about 20m that is the boom length required by the main crane.
When hoisting the impeller, it is required to pay attention to the change of wind speed at any time, and the above two blades are bound according to the technical requirements. Each rope needs 5 ~ 6 people to assist the commander to adjust the tightness. When the impeller is docked with the engine room, 2 ~ 4 locating pins with appropriate size are needed for positioning, and then the hook is slowly loosened for docking.
When the tower is hoisted, only when the torque of each connecting bolt meets the technical requirements in the installation manual can the crane be loosened and the next hoisting work be carried out.
According to the characteristics of the fan tower, in addition to the hoisting safety regulations, the following points should be paid attention to during installation:
(1) Before lifting the tower, check all cables in the equipment and take necessary reinforcement measures to ensure that the cables are not damaged during lifting.
(2) When working in the tower, leakage protection measures must be taken and the power cord should be checked.
(3) When hoisting the bottom section and the middle tower, fix temporary safety ropes at the top of the tower to ensure the safety of workers getting on and off the tower. After lifting the upper tower, install the permanent safety rope.
(4) When the towers are docked, the hoisting command station will contact the personnel on the ground tower platform through interphone to command the crane to move; When the engine room reaches the top of the tower and the impeller is docked with the engine room, the command of hoisting operation will be handed over from the ground hoisting command to the hoisting command on the tower platform, and the hoisting command will command the crane to move through the intercom.
⑤ The general model requires that the upper tower and engine room be installed on the same day.
6, site construction management
Because wind farms have the characteristics of short installation time and long wind duration, the construction of wind power projects also has the characteristics of large liquidity, short construction period, long-term operation in windy environment, great differences in conditions of different wind farms and poor construction conditions. Due to the short construction period, offices and accommodation points are generally solved by temporarily building simple houses or renting local houses, which brings certain difficulties to on-site construction management. Therefore, the main management personnel should enter the construction site in advance, collect on-site construction data and surrounding and natural environment data, and then take corresponding effective measures in advance according to the construction characteristics, make full use of local resources, and ensure the normal and orderly construction.
7. Construction management under strong wind
Wind farms have the characteristic that they must work under strong wind conditions for a long time. Therefore, the possible maximum wind speed must be considered during operation or when a large crane stops. If the wind condition is greater than the parking limit, the derrick must be lowered to the ground in time. If site conditions permit, the derrick system should be lowered in the windward direction. Be sure to consider the changes of wind power and direction in time and collect information in advance every day. In order to do a good job of prevention in time, the crane boom should be fixed with windproof anchor after falling.
When the crawler crane is transferred, the speed should generally not exceed 500m/h (due to the long boom, the crane is prone to accidents and rollover), and the bulldozer should be used to level the driving route before the transfer. During the transfer, the crawler crane driver is responsible for the command, and the front, left and right tracks of the crawler crane are supervised by special personnel to ensure that the included angle between the front and rear tracks does not exceed 3 degrees, and the included angle between the left and right tracks does not exceed 2 degrees. When the local pressure is not enough, the road floor should be laid, and lighting facilities should be equipped when transferring at night.
During the construction, observe the weather conditions at any time and inform the crawler crane captain of the strong wind forecast in time. After receiving the gale forecast, the crane driver should immediately stop the operation, lift the hook to the highest position, then lie on the boom head or put the boom on the iron stool, turn off the engine, lock the operation room and evacuate the personnel.
