Historical information of Huizhou Training Bay

Are you talking about xunliao bay (pronounced: xê n liá o wā n)?

Xunliao bay (pronounced: xê n liá o wā n) is one of the cleanest bays in eastern Guangdong for hundreds of kilometers.

During the Qianlong period, a group of refugees came to this remote place and settled in Maoliao. "Xun" means peace and good luck in gossip.

Xunliao is located near Daya Bay in Huidong County, surrounded by mountains and seas, with an elegant environment. Half-moon beach over 10 mile by the sea, with fine sand and white. 1 meter deep and shallow water is more than 200 meters wide, which is a good natural bathing beach. The large and small islands on the sea are like the fairy mountain Qiongge. Xunliao is full of grotesque rocks, rich in the scenery of the ends of the earth. Mozi stone, in particular, is a large stone mill falling from the sky, which is composed of two huge stones weighing100t. There are all kinds of strange rocks nearby, which are as exquisite as rice and stones everywhere, and are typical representatives of Xunliao stone landscape.

Xunliao place names have existed since ancient times. Legend has it that it is related to Su Dongpo, a great writer in the Northern Song Dynasty. During the Northern Song Dynasty, Su Shi was demoted to Huiyang by the emperor for opposing Wang Anshi's political reform. Among his wives, only Wang Chaoyun, a singer, accompanied him (his tomb is in the present West Lake in Huizhou). The weather in the south was sultry in the early days, and the couple especially liked to come to Xunliao for a holiday to cool off during public holidays. At that time, Xunliao was named Yaliao. So I decided to let my husband change his name. Su Dongpo, a leader and great scholar, did not dare to neglect. He found that the whole Daya Bay was like a gossip, and Yaliao was on the "Xun" (dry, exchange; Earthquake, shock; Kun, gen; Leave; Kan), and Xun stands for wind, so it is breezy all year round, and there are no waves on the sea, so I casually mentioned a book on the rock: Xun Chat.
