What should substation operators pay attention to when patrolling transformers in hot weather?

Still carry out daily inspection on the transformer:

1) The transformer oil temperature and thermometer should be normal, the oil level of the oil storage tank should correspond to the temperature, and there is no oil leakage or oil leakage in all parts.

2) Casing oil level should be normal. There is no damage, crack, serious oil pollution, discharge marks and other abnormal phenomena in the shell.

3) transformer sound should be normal. When the transformer is normal, it should hum. If there is a crack, it means that the transformer is short-circuited.

4) The handle temperature of each cooler should be similar, and the fan and oil pump should operate normally. The oil flow relay works normally.

5) The moisture absorber is in good condition and the adsorbent is dry.

6) Lead joints, cables and buses shall be free of signs of fever.

7) The pressure reducing valve or safety airway and explosion-proof membrane shall be intact.

8) There should be no gas in the gas relay.

9) Each control box and secondary terminal box shall be locked and shall not be affected with damp.

However, in hot weather, it is necessary to carry out special inspections on transformers and increase the number of inspections, especially to check whether the temperature of each transformer (check whether the cooler is running normally) and whether the oil level is too high.
