Yangquan City belongs to Shanxi Province.

Known as "Yangquan" in ancient times, it is the third largest city in Shanxi Province. It is located in the central and eastern part of Shanxi Province, bordering Xinzhou City in the north, facing Shijiazhuang City across Taihang Mountain in the east, Taiyuan City in the west and Jinzhong City in the south. The stove still exists today, and there is an inscription in Shen Lu's Fushan Kitchen in the Ming Dynasty.
