I think overtime can be divided into two situations: one is that the staff group has to work overtime but has not finished it. Although not being able to finish the work within the specified time is a manifestation of ability, being able to work overtime voluntarily shows that the attitude of employees is commendable. In another case, a person has finished his work, worked overtime to consolidate or prepare for the next day's work in advance. Such talents are strong and enterprising in the workplace, and they sacrifice their personal time to finish their work more efficiently.
