According to various work task indicators, the company has completed a total power generation of 1.546 billion kwh, exceeding the annual planned power generation of 196 million kwh, and completed the annual power generation task 42 days ahead of schedule.

As a duty leader, I know how important my responsibilities are. The team is the outpost and final executor of the company's safety and production work. Operation duty, as the 24-hour uninterrupted production line, is the cornerstone of safe and economical operation of the power plant. The production, safety, training, team building and other tasks of the operational duty are intertwined with the daily duty, rather than independent of each other. 1. Safety in production

As an operation supervisor, I am the first person responsible for the safety production of the power plant during my tenure. I deeply feel the great responsibility. Over the past year, with the care of superior leaders and the support of fraternal departments and teams, no unsafe situations occurred in the team and the safety goals for the year were successfully completed. Specifically, we mainly start from the following aspects: 1. Strengthen daily equipment inspections to ensure equipment safety. Equipment inspection is one of the routine tasks in operation. Through equipment inspection, the operation status of the equipment can be grasped in time, defects in the equipment can be discovered at the first time, and effective measures can be taken to eliminate the defects to ensure the safety, health and continuous operation of the equipment. In addition to the daily regular inspections of each shift, each major will carry out targeted inspections and special inspections when the equipment is under heavy load operation, heavy fog, sudden temperature changes in rainy weather, special weather, equipment overload or defective operation .

2. Strengthen prevention and control of dangerous points. First of all, operators should strengthen their understanding of actual danger points, overcome paralysis and luck, and improve their self-protection capabilities to make up for the shortcomings of accidents caused by poor technical skills and unfamiliarity with operating procedures. Secondly, strengthen the standardization of operations by operators and strictly implement the "two votes and three systems" system, which effectively prevents random or unconscious actions of operators from causing violations or even misoperation accidents. Finally, the management system is strictly implemented, safety measures are strengthened, and various technical measures and operating regulations are formulated based on actual conditions to effectively curb the occurrence of misoperation accidents through technical measures. At the same time, in order to prevent operators from misoperation, the company has always adhered to the system that all operations must be monitored by professional workers from the power generation department on site. 3. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of equipment during the two seasons. During the two seasons, due to temperature reasons, problems such as overheating of equipment and freezing of pipelines have posed great safety hazards to the safe operation of the equipment. At the same time, higher requirements have been placed on the responsibility of the operating personnel. . In response to this situation, I strive to be proactive and contact the equipment department in advance to take preventive measures for equipment and systems that have had safety problems due to temperature in the past. At the same time, we will strengthen inspections, take notes on operating conditions, and anticipate accidents.

4. For the overhaul work of #1 and #2 units, strictly implement the "two votes and three systems". During the overhaul of the unit, various tasks are intertwined and complicated. In order to eliminate any possibility of cross-operation in time and space, the team members are organized to carefully study the "Two Invoices and Three Systems Management System" to review, approve and handle tickets. Every step and every link follows the system. Each team leader must check the work ticket after each shift to have a clear understanding of the current work content. When handling work tickets, we should not only consider the individual equipment but the system as a unit. We should also consider the connection with other majors to ensure the feasibility of the work. 2. Economic operation

In terms of economic operation, according to different operating conditions, the operation mode is adjusted promptly and proactively to maximize economy while ensuring safe operation. 3. Civilized management

In terms of civilized production, I deeply remember the secretary’s words, that is, the centralized control room is the face of our operators, so we must maintain the hygiene of the centralized control room during the shift. The environment is an important part of their daily work. In a good environment, employees' working conditions and spirits are also full. In addition to taking the initiative to clean the centralized control room, I also often organize on-duty personnel during the middle shift and night shift to perform sanitary maintenance on the equipment under my professional jurisdiction to ensure that the equipment operates in a good working environment. In order to achieve civilized production, I also put forward very high requirements for team members. Life must be subject to work, and good work enthusiasm and work status must be maintained during work. First, I set an example myself, and seriously assess members who violate labor disciplines. 4. Team building
