This year's No. 7 tropical storm "Seagull" is centered in Shangyu, Shaoxing at 16:00 today, that is, at 30.1 degrees north latitude and 120.8 degrees east longitude. The central air pressure is 995 hPa, and the maximum wind force near the center is level 8. The center of the storm is currently moving north-northeast at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, passing through eastern Jiaxing, and is expected to enter Jiangsu or southern Shanghai around 20:00 today.

Affected by "Seagull", the wind force on the sea surface along the coast of Zhejiang will still reach level 9-11 from this evening to night, and the wind force in the coastal areas of Zhejiang and northern Zhejiang will still reach level 6-8. There will be moderate to heavy rains and some heavy rains across the province.
