Advocate the public and air pollutant discharge units to consciously take measures to reduce pollution discharge. Mainly includes:

2. Advocating public green consumption, units and the public should minimize the use of raw materials and products such as paints, paints and solvents containing volatile organic compounds.

3. Enterprises, institutions and various construction sites that emit air pollutants in the production process strengthen management and actively reduce emissions, which can improve the efficiency of pollution control facilities and adjust the production time of production processes with air pollution emissions on the basis of emission standards.

Third, compulsory pollution reduction measures.

1. Emission reduction of industrial enterprises: According to the emission reduction requirements of "one factory, one policy", all counties stop production or limit production to achieve emission reduction, ensuring that the emission reduction ratio of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and volatile organic compounds reaches more than 20% of the total social emissions. In the case that the emission exceeds the standard and the target of emergency emission reduction list measures cannot be achieved, the production can be stopped immediately to the maximum extent, and the operation efficiency of pollution control facilities can be improved.

2. Non-point source pollution reduction: strengthen the standardized management of pollution sources such as construction dust, traffic dust and yard dust.

3. Reduce mobile pollution sources.

4. Other mandatory emission reductions: Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the restricted area of Jining main city and county. Stop all outdoor operations such as spraying, painting, cutting and welding.

For gas-related enterprises that have not implemented emergency measures and are not included in the list of emission reduction measures in this plan, production will be stopped during heavy pollution emergency.
