It was found that the turnout was in the wrong position, and the emergency stop was made, but the stop failed to collide with the No.3153 inbound train, which was a major accident of train conflict in Baishuijiang Station. Because Shaoshan 4 locomotive is a two-machine tandem locomotive, the accident only caused serious damage to each end of the two-machine locomotive, and the other end had little effect. After that, the parts of the two locomotives that were not seriously damaged were repaired and "combined into one", and the car number of Shaoshan 4 0045 was retained.
