Organization of Dalian Meteorological Bureau

The bureau consists of five offices: Office (Party Committee Office), Business Department, Finance Department, Personnel Department (Supervision and Audit Department) and Science and Technology Regulations Department (Lightning Protection Management Department). Set up seven directly affiliated institutions: the Municipal Meteorological Observatory, the Municipal Professional Meteorological Observatory, the Municipal Meteorological Bureau Information Network Center, the Municipal Public Meteorological Service Center, the Municipal Meteorological Bureau Logistics Service Center, the Municipal Lightning Protection Center and the Municipal Weather Modification Office; It has seven district, city and county bureaus (stations) under its jurisdiction: Lushunkou Meteorological Bureau, Jinzhou Meteorological Bureau, wafangdian city Meteorological Bureau, pulandian city Meteorological Bureau, zhuanghe city Meteorological Bureau, Changhai Meteorological Bureau and Pikou Township Station.
