1. First, the device must be jailbroken. First open Cydia, and click Manage-Software Source Code-Edit-Add in the upper left corner-Add New Source Address-Add Source Code.

2. After adding a new source address, select Search at the bottom of Cydia, and then enter Forecast in the search box.

Tip: If you can't find the forecast, you can go to CYDIA-Change-Click on the top left corner to refresh-and then search for the plug-in.

3. After entering, press Install in the upper right corner, and then click OK, and the installation will start automatically.
