Tao. If it is reversed, it will damage the liver. In summer, it will be cold and there will be few people who serve the elders.

In March of summer, this is a beautiful show. The Qi of heaven and earth intersects, and all things are in bloom. If you lie down at night and get up early, you will not be tired of the sun, so that your aspirations will not be angry, your beauty will become beautiful, and your Qi will be vented. If your love is outside, this response to the summer Qi is the way to grow up. If you go against it, you will be sad. In autumn, you will suffer from malaria and malaria. Few people will accept it. In winter, you will get seriously ill.

Autumn in March, this is called Rongping. The weather is urgent, the earth's energy is clear, go to bed early and get up early, and be happy with the chicken, so that the mind is peaceful, to slow down the autumn punishment, to converge the spirit energy, to calm the autumn energy, and to clear the lungs. This is the response to the autumn energy. , the way to raise and adopt. If it is reversed, it will damage the lungs. In winter, it will cause diarrhea and there will be few people who store it.

In the third month of winter, this is called hiding. The water and the ice on the ground do not disturb the sun. If you lie down early and get up late, you must wait for the sun, so that your ambitions are as if they are concealed, if you have selfish intentions, if you have gained something, you can remove the cold and warm it up, without leaking the skin, making the Qi urgently snatched away. This response to the winter energy is also the way to nourish the body. If it is reversed, it will damage the kidneys. In spring, it will cause impotence and relapse, and few people will be able to survive.

The weather is pure and bright, and the virtues are hidden, so it cannot be inferior. When the sky is bright, the sun and moon are not clear, evil harms the emptiness, the Yang Qi is blocked, the earth Qi is bright, the clouds and mists are not clear, then the white dew above should not come down, the communication is not expressed, the life of all things is not given, and if it is not given, the famous trees will die. If the evil spirit does not arise, the wind and rain do not restrain themselves, and the white dew does not fall, then the flowers will be haggard and devoid of glory. When the winds come and rainstorms come, the four seasons of heaven and earth do not protect each other, and if they are out of touch with the Tao, then Weiyang will be destroyed. Only if the sage follows this, he will have no strange diseases, no loss of all things, and no exhaustion of vitality.

If the Qi goes against the spring, the Shao Yang will not grow, and the liver Qi will change internally; if the Qi goes against the summer, the sun will not grow, and the heart Qi will become hollow; if the Qi goes against the autumn, the Taiyin will not close, and the lung Qi will be full; if the Qi goes against the winter, there will be less energy in the lungs. If the yin is not hidden, the kidney qi will only sink. The four seasons of yin and yang are the foundation of all things. Therefore, the sage nourishes the yang in spring and summer, and nourishes the yin in autumn and winter, so as to follow their roots, so that all things sink and float at the gate of growth. If you go against its root, you will attack its roots and destroy its true nature. Therefore, the four seasons of yin and yang are the end and beginning of all things, and the foundation of life and death. If you go against them, disasters will arise. If you follow them, you will not be able to get rid of serious illness. This is called attaining the Tao. The Tao is practiced by saints and admired by fools. If you follow Yin and Yang, you will live, and if you go against it, you will die; if you go with it, you will be governed, if you go against it, you will have chaos. Rebellion is reverse, which is called inner pattern.

Therefore, if the sage does not cure the disease, he will cure the disease, and if he does not cure the disease, he will cure it but not the disease. This is what we call it.

Isn't it too late to treat a man's illness before he is treated with medicine, or to treat it after he is in trouble? It is like digging into a well when he is thirsty, or casting a cone in a fight, isn't it?
