Baoding will not allow a new round of restrictions in 2024.

According to the official account of Baoding Daily WeChat, the Office of the Leading Group for Air Pollution Prevention and Control of Baoding City issued a notice. In order to actively and effectively deal with heavy polluted weather and protect people's health, motor vehicles in Baoding City are restricted to single and even numbers.

The time limit is from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day from February 25, 2023 to February 30, 2023 (including legal holidays, Saturdays and Sundays), and other counties (cities) still implement two tail number restrictions. Restricted area: urban roads within East Second Ring Road, Sanfeng Road, West Second Ring Road and North Second Ring Road (including the above roads).

Restricted area in Qingyuan District: the area within the urban area of Zhenqing Street (excluding), Lianchi South Street (excluding), Yingbin Road (including) and Development Road (including). Restricted area in Xushui District: north of Juli Road and west of Chenyang Street.

East of Great Wall North Street and south of Hualong Road (excluding the above roads). Restricted area in Mancheng District: the enclosure formed by Xu Ning Street, Jingyun Street, Zhiyuan Road and Chunhui Road (excluding the above roads).

Vehicles not restricted by single and even numbers:

1, buses, large (medium) inter-provincial (city) long-distance passenger buses, passenger taxis (excluding rental vehicles), vehicles with tourist bus operation licenses issued by transportation management departments, unit commuter buses approved by municipal public security traffic control departments and school buses with school bus licenses issued.

2. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles that perform tasks.

3. Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel trams and special vehicles for the disabled with legal new energy licenses (registered in the main city of Baoding).

4. Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.
