According to the report of the Meteorological Bureau, this round of cooling will continue due to the combined influence of cold air and rain and snow. During the period of 16- 17, there was a trend of rainfall cooling in the central and eastern regions, with the cooling range of 4~ 10℃, accompanied by northerly winds of 4~ 5 grades. The meteorological department issued a blue rainstorm warning at 6: 00 on 16. Among them, there may be heavy rain or even heavy rain in central and eastern Hubei, southern Henan, western Anhui, northern and western Hunan, and northeastern Guangxi. Some areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, and some areas are accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds. Hebei Province and Henan Province have the largest cooling range, which may reach above 12℃.

The second round of cooling will be around March 20, and there will be a large-scale cooling and precipitation process in the central and eastern regions, with moderate to heavy rain in some provinces and cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Rain and snow may also occur in northern Xinjiang, so attention should be paid to preventing mixed floods.
