Night tour of Huangpu River at night
Today is a rainy day. It was past eight when I took the subway to Nanjing East Road at night, and it began to rain soon. Take a taxi to Shiliupu Pier, and it will take ten minutes. If it doesn't rain, you can walk south from the Bund along the Huangpu River to Shiliupu Wharf. Huangpu river night flight ticket 100 or so.
Shiliupu Wharf has two waiting ticket offices, one at No.531Zhongshan East Second Road and the other at No.501Zhongshan East Second Road. They are not far apart, but you can't be wrong. At first, we walked to Hall 53 1, which was full of tour groups. We didn't know we were going to the ticket office at 50 1 until we asked the conductor at the window. Most of them are individual travelers here. When we picked up the tickets, the conductor told us that the sailing time was 2 1: 15, and we boarded the ship 10 minutes earlier.
I'm always excited to line up for the boat. Several companies operate night tours of Huangpu River. Each ship has a different structure and a different route. Our route starts from Shiliupu Wharf, goes north to the North Bund and then turns back. It is also the most classic night tour route of Huangpu River, enjoying the most beautiful night view of Lujiazui and Bund.
This cruise ship has three floors. The first floor is a restaurant, where you can order food and enjoy the scenery while eating. The second floor is a private room, which needs to be paid extra. The third floor is a platform, free of charge but without seats. Almost all the tourists go directly to the third floor.
Cruise ships can enjoy the night view of Lujiazui at a closer distance by the Huangpu River near Pudong. There are huge advertisements on the buildings of these high-rise buildings, and the contents of advertisements are constantly changing.
No matter where you look at Lujiazui, the Oriental Pearl must be the most magnificent and beautiful. The whole body was covered with incomparable lights in the surrounding office buildings. It will always be the focus of Lujiazui night scene.
In addition to the Oriental Pearl, the surrounding buildings with different shapes are also brightly lit.
It turns out that the Oriental Pearl also has a cruise terminal, so you can try it here next time.
This ship is the most beautiful, and it was sent by Shiliupu Wharf. It is full of lights and has a strange shape, floating on the water like a huge glowing ladybug.
The Huangpu River is still very lively at night. All kinds of cruise ships come and go, but the night view of Huangpu River in Shanghai is more beautiful than during the day. During the day, I only see the river as yellow as mud.
All the tourists stood on the third deck, and the golden position near the guardrail was crowded with people. As the ship approached the Oriental Pearl, a photographer came forward and shouted: Take pictures, this is the most beautiful scenery of Huangpu River. When the boat returned to the Bund, he came up and shouted again.
The ship sailed out for 20 minutes and arrived at the North Bund. The light in front was dim and there was no night view to see, so I turned back in place. The lights of the tall buildings in Puxi are also beautiful.
Compared with the Oriental Pearl, the old houses on Puxi Bund are low and dim, and not as attractive as the Oriental Pearl.
The tallest building in Lujiazui appears at the same time. The tall building with no lights at all is the center of Shanghai, ranking first in Shanghai with a height of 632 meters, even higher than the Oriental Pearl.
The monument to the Shanghai People's Heroes in the night is also very bright. Underground is the bund historical memorial hall. I went in once and it was open for free, but it closed early in the afternoon.
At 9 o'clock in the evening, tourists are still gathered on the viewing platform of the Bund, and the passenger flow on the Bund must be the largest in Shanghai.
Most of the old houses on the Bund have a history of about 100 years, almost all of them are European and American-style buildings, and now most of them are offices of major banks.
The bell tower on the Bund is the symbol here. Every hour, melodious bells ring, and Fiona Fang can hear them for miles.
Back to Shiliupu Wharf, the high-rise buildings in Lujiazui are magnificent.
The historic buildings on the Bund opposite the Huangpu River are like sedate elders, watching the growth of the younger generation across the Huangpu River.
The restaurant on the first floor of the cruise ship is clean and tidy, but I don't know if it will be different from the open platform through the glass.
The next day Thames Town-Shanghai Movie and Television Amusement Park
Thames town
Today's itinerary is in Songjiang District, the southern suburb of Shanghai.
Wonton is one of the most common breakfasts in Shanghai. It's cheap and delicious, but it's not easy to eat.
traffic
To go to Thames Town, you can take Metro Line 9 and get off at Songjiang New Town Station. You can take a taxi after leaving the station and drive for about 3 kilometers. You can also change buses at Songjiang New Town.
Thames Town is a community planned according to British customs, with a large area. In addition to the realistic English architecture, there are also large grasslands, like parks. The environment is very good There are many new people taking wedding photos here. If you come here to take pictures, you must come early.
We arrived before 8: 30 in the morning and there were few tourists.
The red telephone booth and the vast grassland all reveal a strong British style.
Bloom on the roadside is gorgeous and lush in summer, which is very suitable for taking pictures.
Entering the community, the streets here are also named after British place names. Is the house in the distance very similar to that in England?
I have been to Thames Town several times, and each time I feel new. No two houses are the same.
It is still raining today. It rained in Mao Mao at night, and the beads of rain were still on the fence. This cathedral is the most striking building in this community. It has been opened several times. When I came this morning, the door of the cathedral was open, which was really unexpected.
One morning, no one in the church came home empty-handed. Taking pictures is not allowed in the church. I secretly pressed the shutter several times and felt like a thief.
The glass of the church is very beautiful, and the colorful paintings are lifelike.
This church is very high and it is also the background for many tourists to take pictures. By the time we came back from the neighborhood, all the newcomers and tourists were taking pictures.
It just rained at night, and there is still a little water on the road. There are many shops in the community, but they are not open yet.
These shops are as close to British style as possible in decoration details, and a mailbox is antique.
There are many coffee shops in the community, each of which is beautifully decorated with different styles. Coffee shop is a good place to take pictures.
Security guards in red uniforms patrol back and forth in the community, where there are many wedding photography shops.
The wooden fence is very textured and a chair leans back.
In a corner of the store, the exterior walls and windows are different from the traditional China style.
In Europe, it is really common to paint the exterior walls of buildings in colorful and dazzling colors.
Bicycles parked on the roadside are props specially used for taking pictures, and the service in the community is very intimate.
I like the street lamps in this coffee shop, which are classical and simple, and I also like the striped parasols here.
The houses in the residential area have various orientations and tortuous paths, and there is no fixed tour route.
This train bar is also very distinctive, which is a pavilion transformed from a tram car.
The landscape design of the community is good. There are flowers and trees by the river. In summer, cicadas, of course, there are many mosquitoes.
The boats in the river are designed like a pair of shoes with unique shapes.
Crossing this bridge is a sign of entering the core area of the community, and most of the travel notes are written from this bridge.
There is an English country villa by the river, and there is a small courtyard in the white fence, so life is comfortable and comfortable.
The street lamp by the river has a unique shape. Walking along this river is Huating Lake. This community has its own lake.
The river is full of fishing enthusiasts, fully equipped, and the result is unknown.
There is a large lawn near the lake, where you can rent a bicycle to ride. This community is very big, so it's really not easy to walk around.
A small pavilion on the lawn provides a resting place for tourists. This lawn is also a good place to take wedding photos, and the pavilion is a good background.
There happened to be a couple taking pictures here, so I took pictures from a small pavilion.
The lake is a lawn, and there are aquatic plants in the lake, like a wetland park.
Small bridges of different shapes have been built on the water. There are not many tourists here, and most of them are obsessed with exotic architecture.
Fishing enthusiasts also sit by the river. This area is quiet and the scenery is beautiful.
There are all kinds of sculptures on the lawn, which are not monotonous. Foreigners like this seemingly abstract sculpture, and everyone can have their own understanding, and there is no standard answer.
There are several hotels in the community, and the prices are relatively expensive. The battery car is used to pick up and drop off guests staying in the hotel, and the service is thoughtful.
The huge lawn looks pleasing to the eye, more and more like an English country house.
Huating Lake is also a large area. The spherical building is built on the water and is a restaurant.
All kinds of street lamps in the community are also beautiful, with different colors, shapes and heights.
There are many coffee shops and bars in the community, and many movies are shot here. At the time of filming, business was booming here.
I walked around the neighborhood and came back. At this time, more tourists took pictures.
There is a bookstore named Zhong near the church, which is decorated with special features. I have been there once last time, and I will go in again this time.
On the second floor, the bookshelves are full of books, and the children are absorbed in reading.
The stairs leading to the second floor are also filled with books, which is really a ladder to knowledge.
The bookshelf on the second floor is very modern in design. Not many people really come here to read books, most of them are tourists who take pictures.
The bookstore is intimately equipped with tables and chairs, and you can also buy a cup of coffee or a pot of tea downstairs.
There are all kinds of books, and the bookshelves are connected in rows, like a maze.
Just now in the village villa area by the river, the white fence is also very distinctive.
A trip to Shanghai Film Studio
traffic
Take the Songmin bus line nearby, get off at Chedun, and walk for about 10 minutes to Shanghai Film Park.
entrance ticket
Shanghai Film and Television Park tickets to 80 yuan, online tickets booked in advance as long as 70 yuan. This is a film and television shooting base invested and built by Shanghai Film Group. Many scenes are lifelike. At the same time, several film and television works are still being filmed here, occupying several venues and not allowing the audience to enter.
The French courtyard is an important scene. There is a large lawn here. Most of the houses are locked and can only be seen from the outside.
Today is a rainy day, and there are not many tourists. It ends at 4: 30 pm here, so try to come early.
Several western-style buildings with different styles are very charming and may be often seen in various film and television works.
There are trams running on Nanjing Road, which tourists can ride for free and often see on TV. Now Nanjing Road has already become a pedestrian street, and tourists are so crowded that it is difficult for even bicycles to pass.
The amorous feelings of old Shanghai reappear here. The signs of grocery stores are all decades ago, and there are pawn shops and tailor shops in the sauce garden.
Of course, there are typical old Shanghai Shikumen houses, and now there are such houses in Shanghai, which are very distinctive.
When not filming, these rooms are empty. There will be a crew to decorate the scene before shooting, and many slogans are posted on the roadside, which were left by the last crew.
The signboards on the roadside of Nanjing Road are very distinctive, and now they can't be seen on Nanjing Road.
Nanjing Road in old Shanghai is the most important sight here and the most visited.
A river in the scenic spot should be a simulated Suzhou River, and a carriage is parked by the river, which is also a prop for filming. Many scenes of the old train were shot here.
There is no shooting now, so visitors can come up and experience it. The chair is still made of wood, which feels very classical.
The iron bridge built on the river is a replica of the Waibaidu Bridge. Now the Waibaidu Bridge still exists on the Suzhou River. This bridge is of course smaller than the real Waibaidu Bridge.
There is also a bridge over the river, which is also very beautiful and a little foreign.
There is also a lake in the scenic spot, and the surrounding environment is beautiful, so you can go around the lake.
On the green land by the lake, the stone road twists and turns, which is suitable for taking pictures.
There are many tourists resting in the pavilion by the lake.
Peace Square is also a European scene, and a cathedral is the essence here.
Walking around the scenic spot, there are also many old-fashioned buildings in Guangdong style. This scenic spot can shoot works of various scenes.
There is a crew in this street. It is estimated that shooting will begin soon.
Coming here to shoot a costume drama seems to have been useless for a long time. The grass in the yard is very high.
Back to Nanjing Road, some young actors are shooting micro-movies here.
Little actors and actresses dress differently but are very uniform, surrounded by parents.
The director is telling these little actors a play, and the lines are written on the signboard. The little actors are still very serious.
After 4: 30 pm, the tram has been put into storage, and Nanjing Road is quiet.
The big lawn is not allowed to enter casually, and the children who make movies rehearse here.
It's getting late. Today is a full day.
Day 3 Tianzifang-Xintiandi-Xujiahui-Garden House in the former French Concession (hengshan road-Qing Yu Road-Wu Kang Road-Fuxing West Road-Yongfu Road-Hunan Road)-Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Tianzifang
traffic
Take Metro Line 9 to Dapu Bridge in the morning. 1 Exit is Taikang Road, and Tianzifang is at No.220 Taikang Road.
Not many people came to Tianzifang early in the morning, but a tour group happened to pass by. Most of the league members are going to shop here. They are disappointed to see that the shops in the street are not open.
Tianzifang is very commercial In recent years, it has become more and more famous and there are more and more tourists. The shops are next to each other, and of course there are bars, cafes and other shops that enhance the literary atmosphere.
This bar seems to have existed several years ago, and there are many customers at night.
Most of the houses here were built 80 or 90 years ago. The house itself has the characteristics of old Shanghai, but it has been decorated in a small and fresh literary style, and there are not many tourists on the road now.
The decoration style of each bar is different. This is very simple. The most common wooden tables and metal chairs are durable.
A store dealing in teddy bears should be crowded during the day.
This coffee shop is open in the yard, separated by a bamboo fence, and its atmosphere is very different.
Another tour group came, took a few photos in a hurry and then dispersed in a hubbub.
There are many signs on the roadside, and there are many foreigners here. I hope to find some customs of old Shanghai here.
I don't know which store keeps cats, and it seems to be used to big scenes.
Tianzifang is only a few blocks away, and the scale is not large. You can finish the visit in an hour at most without shopping.
The decoration styles of these small shops are very literary, a bit like Gulangyu Island in Xiamen.
Although the tables and chairs in the bar are simple, they are neatly arranged and the waiters have to undergo strict training.
After a tour, there are more tourists in Tianzifang. It's time to leave.
frontier
traffic
Take bus 17 from the bus stop of Jianguo Middle Road in Tianzifang North Gate, get off at Dongtai Road in Zizhong Road, and walk back a few hundred meters to Xintiandi.
The most famous place in Xintiandi is of course the bar. Many foreigners in Shanghai like to come here. It is a famous high-consumption area in Shanghai and a traditional Shikumen house concentration area in Shanghai.
The bar that quarreled all night finally calmed down in the early morning. The waiters haven't gone to work yet, and the tables and chairs in some bars still retain the appearance of carnival last night.
This architectural style of Shikumen is very distinctive, and the alley-style design has the style of old Shanghai. There are such houses in the old city of Shanghai, but they are not as complete as those in Xintiandi.
The Shikumen house here is either a bar or a restaurant. I have been here for dinner several times, and the price is naturally extremely expensive.
The waiter in the restaurant is writing today's dishes carefully and looks very focused.
The most common thing here is the tables and chairs in the bar, one connected to the other, which is the most lively at night.
Xujiahui
traffic
Xintiandi has convenient transportation. Take the 1 line at Huangpi South Road Subway Station on Huaihai Road to Xujiahui. Xujiahui subway station is very huge, and Xujiahui Catholic Church comes out from Exit 3.
Xujiahui Catholic Church has a long history. It was built in the 22nd year of Guangxu reign (A.D. 1896). It is the main church of the Catholic diocese of Shanghai.
The lawn in front of the church is very green. Usually, you can enter the church, but today Sunday, you can only enter at a fixed time in the afternoon.
Garden houses in the former French concession area
traffic
Entering hengshan road from Xujiahui, I began to look for garden houses in the former French Concession.
Hengshan road is very famous in Shanghai. There are many bars on this road, and the stout French phoenix tree on the roadside is also a landscape.
According to the established route, hengshan road turns to Qing Yu Road. These paths are quiet and there are not many cars. They are all surrounded by high walls. Inside the wall are some small foreign buildings with beautiful appearance, but most of them are inhabited or worked, and they are not open to the public.
If you are tired of walking, you can have a drink and eat some snacks on the roadside.
A cup of iced soybean milk is the most suitable drink in summer, which can relieve summer heat and quench thirst and is nutritious.
Freshly baked moon cakes and fresh meat stuffing are really famous snacks in Shanghai. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, Shanghainese queue up to buy mooncakes with meat stuffing, and freshly baked mooncakes are the best.
Looking at the beautiful building, I couldn't get in, so I had to take a photo under the door outside.
There is an old house art center in Xuhui, No.393 Wu Kang Road, which is worth visiting. Two floors, the first floor introduces several famous old houses in this area, and there are many beautiful photos hanging on the wall on the second floor. This art center is art in itself.
I like this kind of slender window very much, which is especially romantic.
Some old houses have been transformed into bars and restaurants. The business of this western restaurant is very good, and many foreigners come here to eat.
The old houses on the roadside have different designs, most of which were built in the 1930s. The window is a typical European style, and the fence of the small balcony outside the window is the most distinctive.
Wu Kang Road is a road where old houses are concentrated, with fewer cars and more trees, which is very emotional.
These houses are inhabited, so we can't go in and have a look, only outside the wall.
The same windows, beautiful railings, and French style come from details.
The green plants hanging on the wall constitute the most beautiful background for taking pictures.
Of course, there are also many consulates of European countries on these roads, and armed police are standing guard at the door and are not allowed to take pictures.
Wu Kang Road turns to Fuxing West Road, which is also very beautiful, with a wide road surface and tall French phoenix trees on the roadside.
There are also some small shops along the road. Generally speaking, there are not many shops, and walking on these roads feels very quiet.
Shanghai Jiao Tong University
I turned around, came near Jiaotong University at noon, and chose a northeast restaurant. Sauced bones are the specialty here. They are all meat.
Northeast jiaozi is also delicious. It is very big, and it likes to eat three fresh fillings best.
After dinner, I went to the campus of Jiaotong University to have a rest. The old library of Jiaotong University looks like a cultural relic, and many people take photos here as a souvenir.
The entrance of Shanghai Jiaotong University is not grand, like the entrance of a palace. This school gate also has a history of nearly a hundred years, and it is a historical protection building.
The trip to Shanghai ends here. I believe everyone has a certain nostalgia for this place. If you come to Shanghai, you can learn these travel plans. I believe you can also have a good visit to Shanghai!
