Why does Apple 5s need positioning to have a weather forecast? How to set it up

Check whether the location mail of the mobile phone is opened. In Settings-Privacy-Location Services (blue means on, gray means off), then turn on the location weather forecast below. If the positioning is turned on, it can't be fixed, that is, there is no network, or the building is too high because of the indoor location, blocking the signal. Try it outdoors in an open place.
