How long is the maternity leave in Guzhen County, Huainan City, Anhui Province?

The longest maternity leave is 158 days, of which the statutory maternity leave is 98 days and the local regulations are 60 days.

Article 37 of the Regulations on Population and Family Planning in Anhui Province: State organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions shall give the following awards to couples who have children in accordance with these regulations:

(1) The woman shall extend the maternity leave for 60 days on the basis of enjoying the maternity leave stipulated by the state;

(two) the man enjoys ten days of nursing leave; If the husband and wife live in different places, the nursing leave will be twenty days.

During the maternity leave and nursing leave stipulated in the preceding paragraph, employees shall enjoy their on-the-job wages, bonuses and welfare benefits.
