2 Anchor installation

5. Panel installation

Before installing the decorative panel, mark the position of the panel on the skeleton and draw lines to control the vertical and horizontal position of the whole wallboard. When installing, the fixed point should be stressed evenly, and the board surface should not be squeezed or knocked to avoid concave-convex or warping deformation. At the same time, the decorative board should be handled with care to avoid bumping and damage to the surface paint film. Panel installation should be firm, the number of fixed points should meet the design and specification requirements, and the construction quality should be strictly controlled during construction to ensure smooth surface and straight joints. 6. Sealing and gluing

Use weather-resistant glue with the same design color for gluing. Before gluing, a foam stick with a width greater than 2-4 mm should be embedded in the joint of the board, and the embedding depth should be uniform. Firstly, the sealing plate is processed into the required shape according to the sealing joint structure. During installation, one side is connected to the frame with self-tapping rivets or self-tapping nails, and the other side is guaranteed to have enough contact surface with the main body and fixed with nails. The joint between sealing and repairing skin is sealed with thick sealant. In order to achieve the purpose of thermal insulation and fire prevention, materials such as thermal insulation rock wool should be filled inside and between the sealing plates. 8. Installation of lightning protection system

According to the characteristics of the lightning protection system of the whole building project, during the curtain wall frame installation, each layer of frame is connected with the main lightning protection system on the curtain wall frame according to the lightning protection design node diagram, forming a lightning protection network of 10m× 10m to prevent the curtain wall from being damaged due to thunderstorm weather. Cleaning and washing
