What's wrong with cold feet and sweating all the time

Winter weather is cold and dry, so we will have many diseases in winter, especially people with low immunity, so we should also pay attention to health preservation in other seasons, so as to better resist diseases in autumn and winter. So, what's wrong with cold feet and sweating all the time? What should I do if my feet are cold and I sweat all the time in winter?

1, born sweaty feet

Heel sweating is related to natural constitution, which is a functional local abnormal hyperhidrosis with unknown reasons. Some people sweat by hand. In winter, the heat dissipation rate of "sweaty feet" is 25 times that of "dry feet", so it is easier to feel cold feet and frostbite.

2, sweaty feet after exercise

After winter exercise, the body gets hot and the feet get hot and sweaty. At first, because of sweat and temperature, socks won't feel cold after absorbing sweat. Many people are too troublesome to change their shoes and socks now. When the residual heat of the body dissipates, socks soaked with sweat will make your feet cold.

3. Spleen and stomach weakness

People with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold often sweat on their hands and feet. Spleen and stomach have the function of transporting water and dampness. If the spleen and stomach function is not good, damp heat will accumulate in the body. Under the tendency of damp and heat, it causes sweating in limbs, especially in feet, accounting for 70%~80%.

4. Some diseases can cause excessive sweating.

Some hypermetabolic diseases may also cause foot hyperhidrosis in winter, such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism. When suffering from such diseases, the body's metabolism is abnormal, which is easy to cause the sweat glands on the feet to secrete too much sweat.

5. How to massage to relieve cold hands and feet?

1. Click Laogong point (the palm pointed by the middle finger when making a fist), slowly exert yourself, try to grasp it for a few seconds, then slowly relax and pause, and then repeat the grip. It only takes a few times to warm your fingers.

2. Massage Hegu on the inside of the thumb, Neiguan (opposite to Waiguan) on the inside of the wrist, Zusanli (6-8cm below the knee) and Yongquan on the sole of the foot. Massage every day can relieve the symptoms of cold hands and feet and chills all over the body.

3. Massage Yangchi point on the triple energizer meridian (located on the wrist of human body, i.e. on the horizontal stripes of the wrist back, at the depression of the fingers of the front middle finger and the ring finger), which can treat hand and foot chills, quickly smooth blood circulation, balance hormone secretion, warm the body, and then eliminate chills. People who are afraid of cold and can't sleep, massage Yangchi point before going to bed, and then cover the quilt immediately, and their bodies will soon warm up. As long as you insist on stimulating Yangchi point, you don't have to worry about winter. Stimulation method: Take this point as the center and rub the back of the opponent's hand. When the back of the hand is rubbed and heated, Yangchi point will be fully stimulated, thus achieving the effect of warming the whole body. Massage Yangchi point, it is best to do it slowly, for a long time and slowly. It is best to use both hands. Press the Yangchi point of one hand with the middle finger of the other hand first, and then press the Yangchi point of this hand with the middle finger of the other hand. This posture can naturally transfer the power from the middle finger to Yangchi point.

4. Press Qichong point on the stomach meridian (located inside the thigh root, slightly above the groin, 5 inches in the middle and lower umbilicus, 2 inches in the anterior midline, and there is an artery below this point). Press the acupoints for kneading qi first, then the arteries, and then alternately until the legs and feet feel hot and dirty.

5. Regular moxibustion at Taixi point: Taixi point is the point on the kidney meridian (located in the depression of the medial supraosseous artery of the ankle). When we press it with our fingers, we can immediately feel the beating of the artery here (see above). Moxibustion with moxa sticks at acupoints: stick the lighted moxa sticks close to the acupoints, so as to obviously feel the heat, and move them away when they feel very hot. Some people will feel hot after moxibustion at other acupoints for a while, but they will not feel hot after moxibustion at this acupoint for a long time. This shows that the body is too cold. All the heat is sucked into the warm kidney meridian by Taixi point, so I never feel hot. In fact, Taixi point absorbed the heat of moxibustion in a big bite! Be sure to fry Taixi for a few more days, which is the most direct way to supplement body heat and yang.

6. Massage Yin Zhi Point (located at the midpoint of the connecting line between the toe-side toenail angle and the toe-side edge, 0. 1 inch away from the toenail angle, which is the last point of the bladder meridian of the foot sun).

7. Massage Yongquan point (located in the center of the foot), which is an important point in the kidney meridian, and can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, strengthen tendons and bones. You can quickly press and knead with your thumb until you feel hot. Press 100 times every morning and evening, and then rub each toe 100 times. Reinforce the kidney and strengthen Yang Can, and your hands and feet will warm up soon. Yongquan point is located in the center of herringbone wrinkles formed on the soles of the feet when the toes are all bent. The times are 2~3 times a day, and the acupoints are pressed 40~50 times each time.
