How many places have you been to in Suzhou, unpopular attractions, small but great places?
Lili ancient town Lili is a very poetic name. Wujiang District, located in downtown Suzhou, is one of my favorite ancient towns in Suzhou. On the one hand, it is quiet, there are few people, and there is no need for tickets. On the other hand, compared with other ancient towns such as Tongli and Zhouzhuang, it is very low-key, but this does not affect its charm at all. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Lili was further expanded and developed. Hundreds of residents live here and it has become a famous local town. Walking into this ancient town, the most profound feeling is the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. You can enjoy it while walking. The antique buildings here prove the long history and changes of this town.
Yiyuan Yiyuan is small, but exquisite. And there is a feeling of being hidden in the city. Outside the park is a busy place where people come and go. There are quiet courtyards, pavilions, golden ginkgo leaves, flaming maple leaves, small bridges and rockeries in the park, which is a charming Jiangnan world. If you don't want to walk into this small garden on weekdays, you will see a group of art students drawing and sketching on sunny days. Watercolor paintings and painters scattered all over the place add artistic flavor to this small garden in the south of the Yangtze River. So if you have enough time to see the famous Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou, you might as well go to other gardens in Suzhou to deepen your love for garden culture.
Qiandeng Ancient Town Qiandeng Ancient Town is located in Kunshan, which is a national 4A-level tourist attraction. It is an ancient town with a humanistic history of more than 2,500 years. There are many human stories in Qiandeng Ancient Town, which is not only the birthplace of Kunqu Opera, but also the ancient hometown. Located on both sides of Qiandengpu in the ancient town, the most famous ones are the world's largest jade reclining Buddha recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records-around the Dragon Seven Stone Bridge and Siddhartha Gautama. Of course, leisurely bluestone slabs, ancient folk customs, Millennium pagodas, Gu's former residence, etc. Just as amazing. Qiandeng town belongs to the monsoon climate zone in the southern part of the north subtropical zone. The climate is mild and humid, with four distinct seasons, abundant sunshine and rainfall.
