I. Application conditions

Third, registration
(1) Registration channel
The registration, registration, inquiry, payment and printing of the admission ticket of this open recruitment examination are all carried out through Hubei Personnel Examination Network ().
(2) Time schedule

Category and content of writing

(3) Definition of examination proportion.
In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the examination shall be conducted according to the number of job plans and the number of applicants not less than the proportion specified in the job table (interview finalist ratio).

If the number of interview finalists is not up to the specified proportion, the employing unit shall apply for cancellation, reduction or retention of the adjustment, which shall be reported to Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record after approval by the competent department, and the adjustment shall be announced through official website of Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
(3) Publish an interview announcement in official website of Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau before the interview, and the relevant matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.
(four) after the announcement of the interview, within 5 days from the date of the interview, if the shortlisted candidates fail to reach the required proportion due to factors such as the candidate's abstention, they shall not be replaced.
Unless otherwise required by the recruiting unit, the minimum qualified line of interview results is 60 points.

(3) Bonus policy.
1. According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and join the army, points will be given to those who have served for two years and passed the examination before July 3, 2023, as well as the volunteers of college students in the western region and the retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than five years (inclusive).

X. Publicity and employment
After the physical examination and inspection, the recruiting unit will collectively study and determine the candidates to be hired according to the candidates' comprehensive scores, physical examination and inspection, and form a written report after the approval of the competent department, and report it to Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.
The proposed personnel shall be publicized on the official website of Xiantao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for no less than 7 working days.
