Where is the state capital of Aba Prefecture?
Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is located on the southeast edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, bordering Gansu and Qinghai in the north and northwest, Mianyang, Deyang and Chengdu in the east and southeast, Ya 'an in the south and southwest, and Ganzi in the west.
