The western boundary: starts from Qingyun Lake Bridge and goes north along Xin'an Road to the intersection of Xin'an Road and Lianhuashan Road.

Northern boundary: starting from the intersection of Xin'an Road and Lianhuashan Road, heading east along Lianhuashan Road to Lianhuashan Bridge.

The scope of the prohibited area in Shinan District is:

The eastern boundary: starting from Qingyun Lake Bridge, going south along Xinan Road to Nanyuan Road.

The southern boundary: starts from the intersection of Xin'an Road and Nanyuan Road, and goes west along Nanyuan Road to Hua'an Road.

Office areas of state agencies;

Cultural relics protection units;

Inflammable Explosive goods production and storage units;

Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other energy facilities;

Radio stations, TV stations, medical institutions, schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, Places for religious activities;

Mountain forests, public green spaces, martyrs cemeteries and other key fire prevention areas;

Shopping malls, markets, theaters, dance halls, Internet cafes and other crowded places;

Transportation hubs such as stations, docks, airports, and railway line safety protection zones;

5. Punishment for illegally setting off fireworks and firecrackers

If a violation of public security management is constituted, public security management penalties shall be imposed in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
