It has been extended to 166h2 only in the surrounding areas of Fangzhen, and the net income of vegetable farmers is more than 5.68 million yuan. Watering and spraying 70 ppm of "920" 2-3 days before celery harvest again inhibited the respiratory consumption of celery in low temperature and weak light, which was beneficial to the preservation of celery in the cellar and prolonged the storage period. Compared with celery without spraying "920", the preservation rate reached 100% after 2-3 months delay. 5. Build a cellar. Choose a cool and ventilated place or a place with high terrain where water is not easy to accumulate. The size of the cellar depends on the storage capacity of celery, generally 25m long and 2.5m wide. The periphery of the cellar wall is compacted with plywood, with a thickness of 0.2m and a height of1.3m. Every 0.8m, a vent with a height of 0. 15m and a width of 0. 1m is left. Through the transformation of the cellar wall, it was increased from the original 0.8m to about 1.3m, which was 0.4-0.5m higher than that of celery, so that the upper space of celery could adjust the temperature fluctuation and resist extreme temperature changes. 15- Spraying "920" with different concentrations twice 20 days and 2-3 days before harvest increased the yield of celery and enhanced its storability. Through scientific management, the temperature in the cellar is controlled between -2-3℃. Celery has been in a dormant state, not hurting heat or freezing.
