In view of the existing problems, Luobei County, Hegang has asked graphite enterprises to immediately spray and cover their tailings ponds in a large area to reduce dust generation. Mining enterprises are required to use spraying facilities immediately to spray all ore vehicles entering and leaving the enterprise to reduce secondary dust during transportation. Enterprises are required to re-examine all dust removal and noise reduction facilities immediately in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Strengthening the Maintenance of Environmental Protection Facilities before Graphite Enterprises are put into production issued by the environmental protection department. If hidden dangers are found, they should be solved immediately, especially where the wind and dust suppression network is damaged, all of them should be rectified within 10 days to ensure maximum efficiency.
