Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in Shanghe County. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following areas, and there are no sales outlets within three kilometers around the forbidden area.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited: Beihuan Road, Binhe Road, Yinhe Road, Xihuan Road, Xinxing Street, Donghuan Road, Fumin Road and Tianyuan Road. The forbidden range of villages and towns shall be determined by themselves.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following key places outside the above-mentioned forbidden areas.

Office space;

Cultural relics protection units;

Transportation hubs such as stations, expressways, tunnels, elevated roads, overpasses, rail transit facilities and railway line safety protection zones;

Places where inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, managed and stored;

Power transmission and transformation facilities safety protection zone;

Building communities, medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, welfare homes and nursing homes;

Key fire prevention areas such as mountains and forests, and large and medium-sized reservoir management areas;

Industrial parks, shopping malls, bazaars, scenic spots, parks, indoor public places of entertainment, public cultural facilities and places for religious activities;

Construction sites of high-rise buildings, underground buildings and high-rise buildings under construction;

Other places designated and announced by the District People's government.

It is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers during severely polluted weather.

During the heavily polluted weather, no unit or individual within the administrative area of the whole region may set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.
