Can Suzhou see the total solar eclipse this year?

According to meteorological data, the probability of rainy days in Suzhou during July 2 1 -23 is only 4.4%. Suzhou has set up 20 observation areas for this total solar eclipse observation. The first is the international observation area, located in Shangfangshan National Park, with a wide field of vision, which can accommodate 10,000 people to observe at the same time. The second is the public observation area, and five public observation areas, such as Dushu Lake Higher Education Zone and Guihua Park, have been selected. The third is the observation area of 14 counties and cities.
