It may be caused by some diseases.

Tuberculosis: Tuberculosis is the most common cause of palm fever, especially among young people, accompanied by night sweats, fatigue, cough and listlessness. Chest X-ray or laboratory examination can generally find the existence of lesions.

Chronic pyelonephritis: Most young and middle-aged women usually have persistent or intermittent palm fever or systemic fever during chronic activities.
