July-September is the best time to travel to Tibet.

Tibet has a high altitude and a low overall temperature. Considering the problem of physical adaptation, it is recommended to go from July to September. Tibet has long sunshine hours and mild climate in summer. There is no heat in summer and no cold in winter. The highest temperature in summer is June, and the lowest temperature in winter is June+10.
