Precautions for preventing heatstroke under high temperature in summer
First, heatstroke prevention measures in high temperature season
1. Each team should arrange their work and rest time reasonably, and adopt the method of "working at both ends and having a rest in the middle" or the method of rotating work to avoid high-temperature sun exposure, fatigue and heatstroke of employees. In order to prevent workers from heatstroke and various production safety accidents caused by high-temperature weather during construction, the team must be equipped with heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs such as Ren Dan, Shidishui, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water and Fengyoujing. In addition to emergency repair, each team can arrange work reasonably according to the engineering quantity, avoid the high temperature period, and pay close attention to the construction in the cooler time in the morning and evening.
2. Avoid working alone in bad conditions.
3. Open-air and high-temperature workers should drink more tea and cool drinks with a salt concentration of 0. 1 ~ 0.3%, but avoid binge drinking, preferably no more than 300ml each time.
4. Strengthen personal protection. It is forbidden to go to work shirtless and wear slippers on the construction site, and the inspection of wearing and using safety protection articles should be strengthened to ensure the real implementation of labor protection measures. Do a good job of sun protection, and avoid direct sunlight on the head and skin to directly absorb radiant heat during open-air construction.
Second, the performance of heatstroke and emergency measures
1. Symptoms of heatstroke
(1) threatened heatstroke. Its symptoms are: after working in a high temperature environment for a period of time, a lot of sweating, thirst, feeling weak, unable to concentrate, uncoordinated movements and other symptoms appear. Generally, the body temperature is normal or slightly elevated at this time, but it will not exceed 37.5 degrees.
(2) Mild heatstroke. Its symptoms are: dizziness, fatigue, flushing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, hot and dry skin, and temperature rising above 38.5 degrees. At this time, if not rescued in time, thermal syncope or thermal collapse will occur.
(3) Severe heatstroke. Generally, mild heatstroke (patients) is caused by untimely and improper treatment, which leads to serious deterioration of the condition, followed by coma, spasm or hand-foot convulsion. At this time, the skin of heatstroke patients is often dry and sweatless, and the body temperature rises above 40 degrees. If you don't give first aid quickly, it is likely to be life-threatening.
2. Emergency measures in case of heatstroke.
(1) People with signs and mild symptoms of heatstroke: leave the high-temperature working environment immediately, rest in a cool, quiet and ventilated place, unbutton their clothes and drink cool drinks (light salt water or strong tea).
(2) Patients with severe illness or high fever need first aid: a. Quickly cool down, put the patient in a cool and ventilated place and unbutton his clothes. Ice packs can be placed on the patient's head, armpits and groin. C. Wipe or spray with ice water, cold water and alcohol. Finally, the body temperature dropped to about 380C to prevent the body temperature from rising again. D. massage limbs to prevent congestion.
(3) Heatstroke patients should avoid drinking a lot of water, and should take the method of drinking a small amount of water for many times, and it is advisable to drink no more than 300 ml each time. Never drink too much. Because drinking plenty of water will not only dilute gastric juice, affect digestive function, but also cause hyperreflexia and sweating. In this way, a lot of water and salt in the body will be lost, which can promote thermal spasm in severe cases.
(4) In addition to the above treatment, patients with thermal spasm were given salty drinks and 500 ~ 1000 ml physiological saline.
(5) For patients with serious illness, we should immediately take various means to send them to the hospital as soon as possible.
Third, how to prevent heatstroke
1, the working time at high temperature should not be too long, and rotation or intermittent operation should be adopted as far as possible;
2. Reduce labor intensity, prepare heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks, and supplement salty boiled water or salty drinks as much as possible;
3. Ensure adequate sleep and eat more nutritious fruits and vegetables;
4. Try to penetrate the cotton-padded jacket with air heat dissipation;
5. Don't drink hard liquor.
6. Drink water at any time, don't wait until you are thirsty. Don't eat more cold drinks to avoid gastrointestinal vasoconstriction and affect digestive function.
Fourth, the precautions for drinking water in summer
In hot weather, people must master the skills of drinking water when working outdoors to avoid "water poisoning".
1, drink a proper amount of light salt water. Drinking some light salt water when working outdoors can supplement the inorganic salts taken away by a lot of sweat discharged by the human body. The most convenient way is to add 1 g salt to 500ml of drinking water and drink it in time. This can not only supplement the body's needs, but also prevent electrolyte disorder.
2. Drink plenty of water. Many people are used to judging whether they need to drink water according to whether they are thirsty in life. Actually, this is unscientific. Because thirst is an important signal that human body loses its balance of water. At work, when you are thirsty, you can't drink it all at once, but you should drink it several times, and the amount you drink is small, which is conducive to human absorption. It is reasonable to drink water from 100 ml to 150 ml every half hour.
3. Try to avoid drinking drinking water with low temperature. Working outdoors in summer, the body temperature is usually high, and drinking a lot of cold drinks is easy to cause digestive system diseases. Experts suggest that outdoor workers should not drink drinks below 5 degrees Celsius, and it is more scientific to drink light salt water around 10 degrees Celsius. Because this can not only achieve the purpose of cooling and quenching thirst, but also supplement the salt needed by the human body in time without hurting the stomach.
