Summer in southern Jiangxi is the best season. The heat in June, July and August is unbearable, but Gannan is cool and pleasant. The temperature is around 15℃ to 30℃, and Gesang flowers are everywhere on the grassland. At that time, there will be very unique ethnic festivals on the grassland, such as Mother Nai Festival on April 15, Lotus Mountain Flower Festival on June 6, Arrow Insertion Festival on June 15, and Shower Festival on July 6. Herdsmen on the grassland hold ethnic activities such as horse racing, elephant tug-of-war and yak race. If you are interested, you can freely visit the herdsmen's tents and appreciate the heroic spirit of Tibetan compatriots drinking and eating meat in a big bowl.

Labuleng Temple is located in the west of Xiahe County, with its back to Fengshan and face to Longshan, and is located in the land of "golden basin fish farming". The temple was founded by the first living Buddha of Jiamu in 17 10, and was built in Jiamian. Now it has become the largest Tibetan religious and cultural center in Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan. Labrang Temple holds Dafa meetings from the fourth day of April to the seventeenth day of the lunar calendar, and from June 29th to July 15th every year, especially the activities of sunbathing and debating Buddhist scriptures on the thirteenth day of the lunar calendar and the eighth day of July are the most spectacular.

Luqu langmusi is located in langmusi Township, 90km south of Luqu, on the Bailong River at the northern foot of Guo 'er Mangliang, a branch of Xiqing Mountain, at the junction of Gansu and Sichuan provinces. Langmusi is a Tibetan Buddhist temple. "Langmu" means "fairy" in Tibetan, so it is named because there are rocks in its caves that look like graceful girls, and people call it a fairy. A large pine forest at the foot of the mountain is lush. Langmusi, not far from the main road of Lanlang Highway, is a famous scenic spot on the Lanzhou-Jiuzhaigou tourist route, which has been opened to tourists in recent years.

Sang Ke Grassland is located in the southwest of Xiahe County 1 km, which is a part of Dajiutan (meaning "Happy Valley") grassland in Sanke Township. Surrounded by mountains, there is an open and flat alpine grassland in the middle. Sangke grassland has Xiahe River flowing slowly from south to north, with rich water plants and elegant scenery, and flocks of cattle and sheep under blue sky and white clouds, which is a natural pastoral scenery. Sangke grassland has always been the natural pasture of Tibetan people, and it is an ideal tourist destination for grassland tourism, avoiding the agency, experiencing Tibetan nomadic life and returning to nature.

Lanzhou raiders:

1. Transportation: Take the bus. 1, get off at Qilihe station from the railway station, and walk back 50 meters at the street stop sign. Don't get off at Xiaoxihu Station, you will walk a few more steps and cross the intersection. The starting point of the bus is a small parking lot about 30 meters to the right of the railway station exit. Only buses are allowed to enter and stop. There is a post office next to the stop sign. Lanzhou bus fare 1 yuan, with conductor. Taxi to 5 yuan or 7 yuan, according to the model.

2. Accommodation: If you need accommodation, Lanzhou University is two stops away from the railway station. At Panxuan Road Station, 1 is very cheap. Turn right not far from the door and the conditions are worse. Conditions are good, standard room 70-90 yuan, quiet but far from the gate. If you want to live on the street, there is an airline hotel in the Northwest Airlines Reservation Center at Tian Fei Shopping Center Station (the next stop at Panxuan Road Station). Standard Room 120 yuan Including Chinese Breakfast. According to the standards of our hotel industry, two and a half stars is enough. It's three stops from the railway station, and the bus to the airport is also here. It is safe, clean and convenient.

3. Diet: The beef Lamian Noodles sold in a restaurant (street bungalow) on the left hand side of the ticket office of West Bus Station is good, and it feels better than the Mazilu head office I ate later. The so-called Xiguan word has no decent snacks, just compare it with Xi 'an's night market. Lanzhou's diet is really bad

Xiahe raiders:

1, transportation: there are noodles (Chang 'an or Changhe) and three-wheeled motorcycles in Xiahe County, which are generally 1 yuan/person. Because the road is bad and the ash is heavy, you must go to the surrounding scenic spots on the surface. Charter fee is not fixed. Go to 20 yuan/car in Sangke Prairie, 60-80 yuan/car in Deep Prairie, and 65438+ in Ganjia. Of course, the price is not cheap during the festival. If you go to the grassland, you can actually ride a bike. Cross the Labrang Temple and cross the river to the west.

2. Accommodation: There are Armed Forces Hostel, Party School Hostel, Zhuo Ma Hostel and Overseas Chinese Hotel near Qiaotou (Labrang Temple is just a few minutes after crossing the bridge, and locals call it above). Together, the overseas Chinese hotel has the highest price, and almost all of them are foreigners. Below are Xinjian Bank and Friendship Hotel. There is a postal hotel to the east of the station, but it is too far from the temple. If you don't pay attention to it, the general guest house 15-20 yuan/person, taking a bath in the halal shower, is an independent cubicle, 2.5 yuan/person, and it doesn't open until around 10: 00 in the evening. A better hotel has a minimum standard room of about 60 yuan/room, with bath and toilet.

3. Diet: Nepalese or Western-style meals in Overseas Chinese Hotel, Zhakao Hotel in the north of Qiaotou, and some Muslim restaurants near the station like Dongxiang finger food. The price is ok. Our four FB Nepalese meals are 8 1 yuan, the general restaurant is 30-40 yuan, and the noodles are generally 5 yuan/bowl. To tell the truth, the beef and mutton here is not as good as Xi Muslim restaurant.

4. Attractions: Tickets for Labrang Temple 16 yuan. Generally, sightseeing and photography take about half a day. In the morning, you can go up to the back hillside along the temple. The Lama's guide will show you six main halls or halls, and then visit the court tower of 6 yuan. You can go up to the top of the tower, and then go up to the south hill via the small bridge in the west. Behind the hill is Dalingke. It is strongly recommended that you must go to the white cliff of Gan's home. When crossing the grassland, you may encounter Tibetan fees, 10 yuan/person, and 5 yuan/person after bargaining; 7 yuan/person in Baishiya Cave is collected by the Lama at the foot of the mountain. Be sure to bring a lead lamp or flashlight before you go in. It takes about 2 hours. Don't wear too good clothes, and bring as few things and bags as possible. You'd better not go in, or you'll climb out. It's a little dirty when you come out, hehe.

5. Others: The altitude here is less than 3,000 meters, so there is nothing uncomfortable. I just have a slight headache when I sleep at night. It's obviously colder and windy here. You need to put on another sweater and long pants, but the winter clothes have not been used yet. In shopping, Xiahe is more comprehensive. Langmusi has very few choices about the daily life of Tibetans or tourist souvenirs. It is recommended to go shopping in Xiahe. * There is a small shop near (opposite) the station. The owner, Wang Zhankui, is full of honorary certificates. He himself said that Xiahe's Tibetan knives were all wholesale from here. We don't believe it, but it's true that the style here is the most complete and the price is relatively cheap, but we still suggest visiting more stores.

6. Travel arrangement: It is recommended to arrange at least two days. On the first day, if it is the afternoon of Xiahe River, simply go to the court pagoda, then attack Labrang Temple early the next morning, and go to Ganga Baishi Cliff at noon. Of course, if you have enough time, you'd better go to Ganga 1 day-it is highly recommended not to go to Sang Ke grassland again.

Langmusi Raiders: langmusi is a Tibetan Buddhist temple. 1. Transportation: There are two roads from Xiahe to langmusi. One is a shortcut. I started as an individual, passed through A Mu to Tribal Tiger, Gahai and Luqu to langmusi. The other way is to cooperate first, and then go to langmusi by Gahai and Luqu. Among them, A Mu-langmusi is National Highway 2 13. Chartered drivers are willing to take shortcuts to save fuel. In addition, you can take Yutong shuttle bus in Gahai (about 2 hours from langmusi) and Gomba (about 30 kilometers from Qiaotou, langmusi), and pass through Gomba from about 1 1 2, and usually stop for dinner. If you take the shuttle bus, take the earliest shuttle bus to Hezuo in Xiahe, and then take the shuttle bus to Zoige or Diebu. Turn right at the bridge is the path to langmusi. A small three-wheeled tractor named "Wang Lan Tuo" will pick you up. Try to take a bus from the bridge to langmusi Township, or you will be too tired to carry the big bag. Be sure to check your driver's license and driving license and ask about your familiarity with the road conditions.

2. Accommodation: The place where you get off is the center of langmusi Township, and a little further is the intersection where langmusi Hotel is located. At present, there are langmusi Hotel, Bailong Hotel and Renqing Hotel in Sichuan (very close, three floors) and so on. During the National Day, the price has also increased, generally at 20-25 yuan/person, four rooms; Living in nearby Tibetan families, such as Aunt Jia's and 20 yuan's, is mainly inconvenient to wash, and most of them have no running water. There are the most people on the 4th, and the guest house is full.

3. Diet: Lisa's restaurant moved to the bridge leading to langmusi, Gansu. The food is good, and the service is really average. It can only be said that it is a famous restaurant. In the afternoon, there were only apple pie and chocolate cake, and some people from China and foreigners ordered dinner. In a humble hut near the ticket booth in langmusi, Sichuan, we found Ali Restaurant, which also has a lot of imitation western food and halal cooking. There are also some small restaurants that serve halal or Sichuan food, but we think it is a kind of enjoyment to sit in Ali's restaurant and chat naively with Ali. There are some Muslim scones in the local area, which are delicious when they are hot.

4. Attractions: Gansu langmusi Tickets 10 yuan; 13 yuan in Sichuan (excluding 10 yuan in Dajingtang); 8 yuan, the price of the celestial burial platform has gone up, so it doesn't matter whether you have a ticket for 5 yuan.

5. Others: The altitude here is more than 3,600 meters, and there is obvious shortness of breath when going upstairs and downstairs. I had a headache when I slept the first night, and then I got better. It should be said that altitude sickness is not obvious. The weather is obviously cold, the wind on the mountain is very strong, and the winter clothes have been put on. Better wear a hat.

6. Shopping: mainly local products and local products, the price is tens of yuan.

7. Itinerary: If you arrive in the afternoon, you can visit the temple or Hongyan Cliff. The next morning, you can go to the celestial burial platform and look down at the town from the white house of the female Lama on the celestial burial platform, which is very special. Then you can go to the Grand Canyon or the collectors in Sichuan, between the Grand Canyon and the celestial burial platform. Generally, it is better to arrange more than two days in langmusi, which is worth savoring.

Langmusi-Cooperation Strategy:

1. Transportation: From langmusi, we usually go to Zoige or Hezuo or Xiahe. If you charter a car, you should either talk to the driver from Labrang or ask the owner of the hotel, but the cost is not low after all; Be sure to ask in advance when you take the shuttle bus. During my two days in langmusi, I saw Yutong buses from Hezuo, Xiahe, Zoige and Maqu, and they usually got on at the gate of langmusi Hotel. In order to ensure the number of seats, the day before yesterday, we bought tickets in the small shop opened by Yan Xing's boss, which was in the independent bungalow next to the halal restaurant on the first floor of langmusi Hotel, to cooperate with 20 yuan. Remember to buy it yourself. The driver seems to be her. This bus stops at a private bus station, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the bus terminal and transfer to Lanzhou. The walking route is: after leaving the parking lot, turn left to the T-junction, then turn left and walk along this road. There are many tourist shops on both sides, and the antelope sculpture on the turntable-the symbol of the cooperative city-can be seen not far away. The building on one side of the turntable is the cooperative bus terminal. There are three flights to Lanzhou at 1: 30, 3: 30 and 4: 10 in the afternoon. There are more to Linxia.

2. Diet: There are some Muslim restaurants near the station, which seem to be more expensive than Xiahe and langmusi. I don't know because I have only eaten once. Vegetarian 15-20 yuan, vegetarian 8- 10 yuan.

3. Attractions: Pavo Pavilion, a mirage, ticket 8- 10 yuan. Make noodles 5 minutes away from the bus stop, 1 yuan/person. It's still a little far to walk, and the architecture is quite distinctive. After watching 1 hour, you can't wear shoes and thick socks.

9-day tour from Gannan to western Sichuan

D 1( 16/7):Xi- Lanzhou

Transportation: 17: 30, An-Lanzhou Hu.

D2( 17/7): Lanzhou-Xiahe

Transportation: 1. Depart from Lanzhou South Bus Station in the morning, 306 kilometers, 4.5H hours.

There are three buses to Xiahe in Lanzhou every day, 700 and 8: 30 are state-owned and 14: 00 are private.

2. Charter a car in the afternoon

Accommodation: 1. Zhuo Ma Hotel, 30 yuan/person;

There is a grain and oil restaurant run by county grain bureau 200 meters away from the bus station. The conditions are good, and the standard room price is around 50 yuan. You can bargain, and the bathroom is clean with color TV.

3. Armed Forces Hostel: triple room: 15 yuan/person, double room: 25 yuan/person. There is a public toilet, 2 yuan/person.

Activity: Afternoon: Xiahe-Ganjia Grassland-Bajiaolou-Baishiya

2. Cooperation-langmusi (6H): the latest bus 1 1: 00 (bus stop), 1 1:50 (cooperative bus stop); There are buses to Diebu at 3: 00pm and 5: 00pm (via langmusi). If you want to go to Diebu at the bridgehead, the bridgehead is just an inconspicuous bridge leading to the intersection of langmusi, so it's easy to miss it. Be sure to remind the driver to call you. Then there are three-wheeled tractors to pull people to langmusi, 1-3 yuan/person).

Cooperation-langmusi (chartered car: 170 yuan/day)

Activity: 1. See Labrang Temple at 6: 30 in the morning (23 tickets for evasion, no student tickets). The hillside south of Labrang Temple is the best place to watch the sunrise. There are 18 Buddhist temples, 6 Buddhist temples and 18 living Buddha offices in the Labrang Temple area. About two-thirds of them are open at ordinary times, and all of them will be open only on important religious festivals.

D4( 19/7): langmusi-Gelden Temple

Activity: 1. Langmusi is located at the junction of Gansu and Sichuan. Admission: 10. Walk along the main road to the bridge, the Geldinamo Temple in Sichuan is on the left, and the Dacanglang Musechi Temple is on the right after crossing the bridge.

2. The celestial burial platform is on the hillside behind Langmu Sechi Temple, and you can walk to 1000m (4000-4400m above sea level). For celestial burial, the ticket is 15 yuan/person, instead of 10 yuan, you can also go around the back hill. Go left from the ticket office to the celestial burial platform and right to langmusi. The hillside behind langmusi can also detour to the celestial burial platform. The hillside is not steep, but the altitude is high, and it is a little breathless to walk.

3. Three yuan is enough to get from langmusi to Redang Dam. As long as three yuan is enough, you can leave when you have enough people. The scenery of Kangsha Temple in Redamba is also good, especially when standing in the temple and looking at the grassland opposite, there are mountains, water (Bailong River) and grasslands, which are absolutely beautiful.

4. Hiking routes in langmusi

(1) It is difficult to overlook the pine forests in langmusi, but the scenery after the summit is enough to pay off.

(2) Red Rock Cliff-Red Rock Cliff is also in Gansu, and the setting sun (around 7 o'clock) is a good time to enjoy it.

It is best to arrive at Huahu Lake and Suhua Lake at 6: 00 pm on D4.

In langmusi, there is only one shuttle bus to Zoige every day, at the intersection at 8 am, and it takes about 2 hours to reach Huahu.

If you take the shuttle bus, the bus to Xiamen at 3: 30 pm passes through Tangke, and the fare is 13 yuan. Tangke should be a town, 8 kilometers to the west is Suoge Tibetan Temple, and Jiuqu Yellow River is there.
